I would like to thank everyone who took care of us: Victoria, the head nurse, is super and the entire medical unit rests on her! The masseurs were great and enjoyed it, a real thank you to them! Tatyana, the restaurant worker, is a super caring girl and what a kind girl, we returned late, tired from a trip to Prague, of course we were late for dinner, but in the room we had plates of assorted cuts waiting for us, everything was neatly wrapped in film, with care and attention, thanks to Tanechka! Irena at the reception greeted me hospitably, thank you all! Yes, the hotel is on a hill, but we chose it purposefully! In general, everyone likes it 👍👍👍

Discretion by all staff. Hotel with charm and care for the guest... are brought to the fore by a young management👤... Lenka and her colleague at reception are very caring💃. A restaurant manager who celebrates his role with a lot of cheerfulness and hard-working service staff👌. The spa employees Viktorya, Daniela, Phillip and their colleagues are very enthusiastic and diligent🧘♀️. Room service is in full swing every day. It should be mentioned that the hotel is on an elevated level and not at ground level. So for older guests, heart patients and high blood pressure it is rather difficult to walk or just walk very slowly with breaks in between. Suggestion for management: the oxygen therapy is in the flight path of all the guests passing through. This creates a restless atmosphere for the time of the treatment. Awful beds, boring and "sad" restaurant, three-course-dinner - hmmm - poor and tasteless, had expected more. Very small relax only a few beds/chars, small area around pool.

Considering that this is the 4th hotel in my stay in Karlovy Vary - I was in search of the most... the most... and I will say that I will already stop at Shlosspark. Everything suits me: excellent location (yes.. it’s a short walk up the hill.. that’s a plus for me). Considering that the hotel is small, you will be welcomed at home: an individual approach and solution to any request; the cuisine is simply excellent!! cleaning every day; procedures with a smile (by the way, there are no restrictions on gas injections if the doctor prescribed them); Such little things as unlimited drinking water, quiet music in the lobby, a towel in the pool itself, a kettle and tea in the room! And of course accessibility to sources and excellent weather. Most likely, I will stop here and continue to do so - I recommend it!Negatives

We have had great time staying there. The resort is rather small and quiet so you feel like you are in the luxury summer house with lots of privacy, great food, excellent treatments and astonishing views. Absolutely loved it and highly recommend.

I travel a lot. And it almost never happens that the entire service is as wonderful as in this hotel. Very friendly staff from reception to cleaning staff. I would especially like to emphasize the quality of service provided by nurse Victoria and doctor Natalia. I have never met such positive and pleasant people. These are truly professionals from God. They will tell you everything, show you and advise you on all issues. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. The hotel's location is also within walking distance from the colonnades. Quiet, cozy hotel. Located from the first source 250 meters, from the last 650-700 meters. We rested in room 307 with a large balcony and an excellent view of the old city!!!! We were in the sanatorium from 13.08 to 22.08. We really enjoyed. Located right in the center, not far from the springs. We liked the procedures. The food is very tasty. Every day for lunch and dinner you can choose your own dish of meat or fish. The portions are very large. Fruits were in season, they gave us ice cream a couple of times)). We had a lot of food)). The waiters at the restaurant are great. When there was a downpour in the city and dinner was delayed for an hour, all vacationers were given a compliment in the form of a glass of champagne))). In the summer, you can take breakfast + lunch, and in the evening go out into the city and try the local cuisine. We are not very picky about cleaning), we cleaned, took out the trash). The weather was wonderful. From the Sanatorium we went to Prague. Good but not enough)). You yourself need to go for 2-3 days, we were quickly given a sightseeing tour and that’s it. We weren’t looking for negativity. Enjoyed the city, nature and relaxed. The negativity is caused by vacationers, not the hotel and its staff. Some people don’t like the hill that you have to climb up to the hotel... so these are not questions for the hotel. You need to read everything carefully before booking your trip. Some people don't like the food, read below. Having visited the sanatorium, I want to ask, people!!!!, are you serious????. Don't like the food??? Do you eat like this every day at home too???? If you don’t like it, go to Turkey for all inclusive. Some people don't like the treatment.
