We were in the sanatorium from 13.08 to 22.08. We really enjoyed. Located right in the center, not far from the springs. We liked the procedures. The food is very tasty. Every day for lunch and dinner you can choose your own dish of meat or fish. The portions are very large. Fruits were in season, they gave us ice cream a couple of times)). We had a lot of food)). The waiters at the restaurant are great. When there was a downpour in the city and dinner was delayed for an hour, all vacationers were given a compliment in the form of a glass of champagne))). In the summer, you can take breakfast + lunch, and in the evening go out into the city and try the local cuisine. We are not very picky about cleaning), we cleaned, took out the trash). The weather was wonderful. From the Sanatorium we went to Prague. Good but not enough)). You yourself need to go for 2-3 days, we were quickly given a sightseeing tour and that’s it. Thanks to Sanatoriums for the transfer. Arrived in a minute! Summary - I want to come back here... unlike the hotel where we were in January of this year.Negatives
We weren’t looking for negativity. Enjoyed the city, nature and relaxed. The negativity is caused by vacationers, not the hotel and its staff. Some people don’t like the hill that you have to climb up to the hotel... so these are not questions for the hotel. You need to read everything carefully before booking your trip. Some people don't like the food, read below. Having visited the sanatorium, I want to ask, people!!!!, are you serious????. Don't like the food??? Do you eat like this every day at home too???? If you don’t like it, go to Turkey for all inclusive. Some people don't like the treatment. My wife and I stayed at the Schlosspark Hotel for two weeks for the first time, we really liked it! The location of the hotel is within an accessible distance from the sources. The service staff is VERY welcoming and friendly! I would especially like to mention Tatyana, Bozhena, Denis, Victoria, Philip and others. Medical procedures and cuisine are at the HIGHEST level, good cleaning of the rooms and maintaining cleanliness and order. In general, we had a VERY pleasant feeling from staying at this hotel, we hope to visit it again!

The hotel is cozy and clean, more like a large villa than a hotel. I had a wonderful room, a suite, with parquet floors and a fireplace, which is irrelevant in the heat of 30 degrees))) but in winter it should be very pleasant, the windows face a quiet, shady side. There is a small but good sauna, a counter-current swimming pool and a small gym. A large terrace where you can sunbathe or sit nicely. An ideal place for people who do not like large crowds and fuss. Wonderful attentive, experienced and efficient staff at the spa. Special thanks and compliments to them. At the reception, all issues were resolved quickly and adequately. Transfer from and to the airport is a very convenient service, everything is on time. A small disadvantage of the hotel is that it is located on a hill, a rather steep climb, which may be inconvenient for people who have difficulty moving. It was a good workout for me, after a couple of days I was already getting up without shortness of breath))). A special note about food. Unfortunately, it is very salty, quite fatty, and a lot of sour cream or milk sauces are added to many dishes. Lots of fried food and limited choice for vegetarians. There was an interesting story about coffee. Coffee and tea in the room are paid. Coffee costs 35 CZK, which translated into euros was 1.35 at the time of my arrival. When checking out from the hotel, due to a change in the exchange rate, as they explained to me at the reception, coffee already cost 2 euros per cup. In addition, it suddenly turned out that the bill included drinks that I did not take from the bar. As a result, the drinks were sorted out, but the sediment remained. So check your bills when checking out. As for paid tea and coffee at the hotel, it’s not difficult to buy them in the store. But the image of the hotel, so homely and friendly, is diminishing. We were at the Schlosspark Hotel from July 23 to July 30, 2023. We had the best impressions of our stay there. The hotel is very cozy and clean. Breakfast is buffet, the choice of food is small, but there is enough of everything. For lunch and dinner they offer a choice of 4 food options, orders must be made 2 days in advance, drinks - water and 3 types of juices - are free. The food is delicious and the portions are large. The staff in the restaurant is very nice and friendly. In the SPA department, everyone is caring and attentive to each person, procedures are prescribed by a doctor, there are no queues, everything is coordinated. It was our first time at this sanatorium and overall we really liked it. Cozy, family hotel. Upon arrival, there were issues with check-in, but they were quickly and successfully resolved. I would like to especially note Victoria’s work in the medical building. On the first day we completed all the prescribed procedures. The team works smoothly and efficiently, without stress. There were no problems with changing the time of the scheduled procedure. Many thanks to the entire team. I would also like to note the work of the restaurant. The dishes were very tasty prepared and beautifully presented. Thanks to the chefs. The service staff is very friendly. The cleaning of the rooms was not at the highest level, but still, in general, this did not stop us from having a good rest, gaining strength, getting only positive emotions and the desire to come back here next time!
