Of them, the only normal one was a young man who worked every other day... although most likely he worked part-time as a waiter. The procedures are just some kind of “scam”. Tourists from Germany constantly insisted (and I absolutely agree with them) that the indicated number of procedures is just a bait. In fact, these cannot be called procedures. This is simply a veiled lack of quality. In these casemates, which someone intended to call a spa, you could probably film scenes of Gestapo basements. And yes, I will especially note the “presence” and quality of work of the doctor who came... no, the doctor who was nearby for 2 minutes. That is, he came running, muttered something about procedures and ran away. If you need something more detailed, pay an additional 450 CZK Separately about saving. The price indicated on the website only includes accommodation and so-called procedures (that's what they are called). There is an extra charge for each step. Thank you for the compliment to the waiter. I just have to correct you: every employee, including this waiter, works full time. 5. Treatments – the number of treatments depends on the number of nights booked. As for the hotel doctor, it is not true that he will talk to you for 2 minutes, because our hotel doctor is not only highly qualified, but also very humane towards people, to not only explain the procedures to them, but also help them. . Let us clarify that you only purchased a doctor’s consultation, and not a general examination on the reservation. If someone wants our doctor to go beyond the consultation, he will come to his office for a fee of 450 CZK, and this is normal, because the client does not pay for this in his booking. 6. Regarding bathrobes - everywhere on the SANATORIUM website it is indicated that bathrobes are not included in the package, but are provided for an additional charge of 2 euros/day. So I don't know why you didn't know the robe was not part of the package number. 7. Kitchen. Regarding the chefs, I have two very qualified high level chefs so it is inappropriate to complain about anything after leaving the hotel when everything was fine during your stay. The reaction to the verdict could probably be filming scenes from Gestapo basements: I dare say that I could use this verdict in the trial, because it is the height of impudence. This is the third time we have been to the Krivan Hotel in Marienbad and our first time on New Year's Eve. To write what we liked means to write nothing at all. We are delighted with what was organized for us here. Thank you very much to our director for such a wonderful evening and a luxurious table. Many thanks to the chefs for the delicious food. We are very pleased with our holiday and do not wish we were back in this Hotel. We are satisfied with the procedures, the guys did a great job, everything went on time and punctually. For breakfast, drinks were in the form of juices, and for dinner, the lady was given free water with lemon. Of course, additional drinks can be purchased throughout the day in the restaurant.
