I sat in the lobby for several hours waiting for a transfer to the airport and what I saw: after the room was cleaned, all the dirty linen was lying on the floor in the lobby, the hotel workers were sorting it and preparing it for departure. The question arises: why was all this done in the lobby on in the eyes of the guests? All this is a consequence of very big savings by the hotel administration, they save on literally everything: lack of staff in the spa, in the dining room, in cleaning rooms. The mere fact that there is no coffee machine or just normal black coffee speaks for itself. I think that I will not go to this hotel for the second time, despite the excellent location.

Arriving at the hotel, Sabina greeted us with a smile, very friendly. She told us everything, we paid, and went up to our room. We liked it, all our requests for accommodation were taken into account! If we had any questions (any), Sabina answered everything for us and helped. 30 minutes after we went up to our room, they brought us a plate of fruit - a welcome compliment. It was nice! On the same day there was a meeting with the doctor and procedures were prescribed. In the morning we already received our first procedures. Stanislav and Nika worked very professionally, with dedication. They took our questions seriously and were attentive. It was very convenient that the procedure plan that Sabina drew up was done in such a way that the procedures followed one after another, if there was a wait, it was completely insignificant. This arrangement of procedures was very convenient for us, because we could also clearly plan our free time. In addition to the procedures, we could use the sauna and jacuzzi, which also contributed a positive moment in our vacation. The next day of our arrival, Oksana, responsible for excursions, came to the hotel. She offered us everything, told us about Maryinské Lazne, excursions. We took advantage of several of her suggestions and were very pleased! There is a restaurant on the top floor of the building. We ordered 2 meals a day, it was quite enough, considering that every day from 15-16.00 there were baked goods, tea, coffee (instant). The assortment of breakfasts and dinners did not contain any frills or delicacies, but everything was very fresh and quite tasty (we especially liked chef Gonza’s dishes). The dishes were beautifully presented (the waitress Anechka was responsible for this, who served hot dishes and made sure that we didn’t forgot to place an order the next day). A pleasant surprise was a bottle of wine for my friend Svetlana’s birthday. Having learned that this was planned, we bought additional wine and celebrated in the evening at dinner with all the vacationers. It was nice and fun. . The room was cleaned daily, as were towels changed. The linen was changed on the fifth day (there were 10 of us in total). Eldara did the cleaning. Thanks a lot! I would like new renovated rooms, a better interior and more free space for procedures, but everything is compensated by the close-knit team of the hotel, its employees, who are trying very hard to make your vacation a success and for more people to come to this hotel! We thank everyone!

When we were driving from Germany to the Czech Republic, my friend and I (both women were of heavy build and tall) found ourselves in the front seat, next to the driver. This (passenger) seat is one and a half at best, but is in no way designed for two people (of any size)!!! There is still some kind of raised area on the floor between the driver and us. On our side, 4 legs couldn’t fit, so we had to throw one leg over to the driver, otherwise it was impossible to drive!!!!! Imagine how comfortable it was for the driver to drive, and how we felt. At the bus stop, they offered two young women to swap with us, but when they looked into the cabin and saw these “seats,” they naturally refused. It was not a trip, but some kind of test. On the way back the woman felt bad (it can happen to anyone), but this added a lot of extra time. Those people who sit first in the cabin feel free, and if you sit third in a row, then you don’t have a full seat, at best half. I dwelled on the transfer in detail, maybe the responsible employees will at least quantitatively think through the lineup in the minibus! And I can say one thing to vacationers: if possible, then go only by car, if not, then be prepared for anything!!!!

In general, who awarded them these 4 stars? This is the kind of accommodation I wanted. The furniture is shabby, old, stained, the carpeting is stained. Not a single bed linen has been changed during all this time, only 2 towels, small, we had to dry ourselves with them when washing and after bathing, and then with wet ones after a shower. The showers, by the way, are old , in mold, I haven’t seen anything like this for a long time, especially at resorts in a 4-star hotel. I direct all complaints to Sanatoriums.com, to whom I contacted before the trip and during this problem. They did nothing, they were satisfied with the unsubscribe from the hotel, the administration of which blamed us for this situation. Therefore, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! Who wants to maintain health and nerves at the resort. I spoke with many clients, not one praised the hotel and no one is going to return to Krivan in Marienbad, although the same hotel in Karlovy Vary, it seems 3 stars is much better.
