For swimming in the pool for adults, the time is from 16.00-21.00, the duration of stay there is 60 minutes. However, at the same time, classes are held there either for children's groups from surrounding schools, or for water aerobics; part of the pool (massage jets and swimming paths) is inaccessible to vacationers. The breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, which cannot be said about the custom-made dishes for lunch and dinner, especially soups. You have to manage to ruin the food like that.

The sanatorium has recently been renovated, so many things look very good. Attentive and competent doctors understand your ailments, even if you arrive without an extract from your medical history. Excellent food, buffet breakfast, attentive and friendly staff. I really liked the pool with many health-improving "things". Good working free Wi-Fi. The entire first half of the day is occupied by prescribed medical procedures. The massage is especially good. It’s nice that in the evenings, after 22:00, when entering the building, there is no noticeable control. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels, change of bed linen every three days, the staff is very friendly and polite. Absolutely everyone communicates with you freely and willingly in Russian. When checking out, there is no, let alone picky, but no control over the status of the room at all, everything is based on trust in the client, he just went out and left the key at the reception desk. I was lucky that I was placed in the 2nd building, because... it includes or is connected by covered walkways to a swimming pool, treatment rooms, a dining room and a cafe. But those who are housed in the 1st building, although not far away, in case of rain or in the cold season, have to use additional clothing, heavier shoes and umbrellas, which of course increases some inconvenience for visiting the above mentioned institutions.

The advertisement does not say anything about the fact that many procedures are only paid. There is no medical examination, and there are no doctors. If you need to see a doctor or have tests done, then everything is for a fee. The worst thing is that no one met me at the airport, although I ordered a transfer. I spent more than an hour looking for someone to greet me with a sign of my name, as I had been promised, but there was no one there. I had to call and find out what was going on, only after that they put me in a car with other people who had arrived. When I left, I was looking for a transfer for myself, since there was no trust. It’s bad that the rooms don’t have a hairdryer and there’s no outlet to plug it into.

Organization of treatment (having arrived on Saturday, the procedures were received only on Tuesday). The food leaves much to be desired, fruit is rare, given the season. If you come for breakfast after nine, you may not find any fruit. There is no hairdryer in the rooms. A kettle is available for an additional fee. The children's room does not always work.

The pool is cool - with mineral water, two baths (Turkish and Finnish with Himalayan salt), massage jets and a jacuzzi. The sanatorium is located in the city center, there are many places for walking, along the Neman there are asphalt paths for cyclists and pedestrians, there are benches and lighting - and all this is in a pine forest, the air is amazing. In the central square there is a light and music fountain that plays every hour, and from 21.30 there is a whole music and light show.Negatives
I didn’t like the tea and coffee for breakfast and dinner, it was impossible to drink, there was no taste. Parking is paid - 0.87 euros per day, you also need to pay a resort fee - 1 euro per day per person, this was not mentioned.
