I didn’t like Valentina’s doctor’s appointment. She had to fight out 5 procedures a day with a scandal. She didn’t even look at the referral from the family doctor with the diagnosis. We went to this sanatorium for treatment and the vouchers cost quite a bit of money. Relaxation with music, inhalation and paraffin baths for the hands when diagnosed with arthrosis of two knees, it’s somehow funny. Maybe we’re just lucky. In all sanatoriums everywhere they ask the family doctor for a health card with a diagnosis and prescribe procedures that are necessary for rehabilitation. Now we will think about whether to buy a ticket for next year or not

A terrible impression from the dining room: a gloomy brown ceiling, heavy tables and chairs made of thick metal pipes, little light, a very poor choice of buffet and poorly prepared food...... The doctor did not prescribe the necessary procedures and so I changed the sanatorium the next day.

This is not even a negative, but rather a wish. I wouldn't call the food dietary as it is quite fatty. The buffet certainly offers choice, but there is a big risk of getting too many and incompatible products. In general, I liked the food and the choice, except for the fat content, and the rest is a matter of self-control.

I rested for 20 days. From the first to the last day I was very pleased with everything. The sanatorium is located on the outskirts of the forest, with a wonderful view from the balcony and clean fresh air. Every day I walked for 2-3 hours before going to bed along the Neman River in the forest and in the city park with musical fountains. Dr. Valentina immediately outlined the necessary procedures for all days, with the possibility of adjustments as the treatment progressed. In total I received 95 treatments. Morning aquatic exercise classes with instructor Yulia are very convenient and useful. The physiotherapy office is wonderful Lina and Ingrida, special thanks to them for their care and smiles. Excellent service in the bath and mud departments (bischofite baths and mud applications). And, of course, a separate pleasure is a swimming pool with mineral water, a jacuzzi overlooking a pine forest and saunas (wet, dry, with Himalayan salt). Everything in the dining room is very tasty, you can always choose food to suit your taste. The cooks and waitresses are friendly and smiling. I was hoping to lose weight, but thank you for at least maintaining the initial weight. Thanks also to the reception staff for all their help, advice and smiles. I will come again with great pleasure and recommend it to others.Negatives
It's a pity that the pool and saunas are only open until 20:00, and not until 22:00. There are a lot of people who want to take a steam bath and swim in the evening.

I visited the sanatorium for the first time. In general, I liked everything, the price-quality ratio is quite satisfactory, wonderful nature, convenient location, you can walk to the center. As for the food, the assortment is a bit reminiscent of a Soviet canteen, but the prepared dishes are of high quality and tasty, No one will leave hungry. The procedures are carried out at the appointed time, the staff is friendly and attentive. I would especially like to mention Svetlana Korochina, the massage therapist, and the Japanese Kobido massage she performed. Ladies, do not regret 50 euros, you will have fun and a surge of strength and energy!Negatives

We have never written negative reviews, but it’s impossible to resist here. We arrived late in the evening, so we went to pay in cash in the morning\they don’t take cards\They gave us 2580 euros. The employee didn’t have change in the cash register, she gave FIVE euros from her wallet, we said that’s enough. After some time, the phone rang and a peremptory male voice told us that they had given us the change and demanded that we count our money. We said in two voices that we had received 5 euros. We counted it and everything was fine with us. A worker came running and reported that there was not enough FIVE HUNDRED euros That I saw the Israelis who settled in the suite and decided... I don’t want to write what else I wanted to help her secretly from my husband, but changed my mind. My husband’s sugar rose, my blood pressure went up, we came to improve our health... My husband actually wanted to leave such a boorish attitude , I persuaded him to stay - I didn’t want to go to the head doctor \and this employee proudly announced that he was on vacation\I have several questions for the administration: why didn’t the caller introduce himself, why didn’t they check the camera above the cash register, why did the employee come to our room, why no one did not apologize. The employee herself later said that maybe she had pressed the wrong key on the computer. Can an employee working with money transfer 500 euros - not 5-10-20-50-100, but 500 from his wallet. Naturally, we won’t go there again and won’t recommend it to anyone. If someone decides to go after all, be careful when calculating. 2 days out of 15 were thrown away, not to mention the wasted nerves. It’s a pity that the caller and the receptionist crossed out the work of the entire large team

The sanatorium operates just like a hotel, that is, many guests come here only on weekends to “unwind” after a working week. They create a lot of noise and do not take into account other guests of the sanatorium. The sanatorium has a Bar, which is often rented for celebrations (D.R., Yubileiev, etc.) as a rule, guests of such events create a lot of noise, disturbing and interfering with the rest of others. There are no mosquito nets on the windows in the sanatorium; if you leave the window open, the entire room is covered in midges. There is a road next to the sanatorium, although it is not a busy highway, for those who like to fall asleep in silence this is a real nuisance.
