Everything was just wonderful, the treatment was not stressful, basically all procedures ended before lunch or immediately after lunch, there was a lot of free time, the staff was polite, cultured and attentive, excellent location, picturesque courtyard, its own pump room, there is mineral water in the treatment building, everything nearby (forest, park, shops, etc.), a wonderful water park (only the water is too chlorinated, but probably there is no other way), comfortable rooms, quality food (the range of dishes is small, but everything is tasty and fresh, along with dietary dishes always There were also quite “spicy” dishes available for healthy people), for which special thanks to the chef. This is rather not a minus, but simply a different profile of the sanatorium - there were no procedures that were offered in the Egle sanatorium, such as white mud and UV radiation.

The hotel has its own territory, very beautiful and well-groomed, there are paths, benches, lanterns everywhere, the Neman River flows nearby, it is very pleasant to walk there. We really liked the hotel, it was modern, with a beautiful hall and reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful, everyone smiles at you. The hotel has everything you need for a pleasant and useful holiday. Children also have something to do: squash, tennis, billiards, bowling, and a water park. The variety of procedures was also very pleasing, the effectiveness of the procedures was felt almost after a few days, there was an unlimited amount of mineral water for drinking, group gymnastics classes were held in the hall and water aerobics. The food was not very varied, but everything was very tasty and there was no heaviness at all after eating, we even assume that the food was dietary, light and low-fat, which is also a big plus for a spa hotel. We really liked cottage cheese and kefir. Time passed quickly, half a day of procedures, then a walk around the city and in the evening a water park with different saunas and Jacuzzis, for children there were slides and a pool with waves and balls for playing water volleyball. The hotel has underground parking, dry and warm, which also made us very happy, since we arrived by car. In general, the impression left of the hotel was very positive.Negatives
There are two things we didn't really like. First, this is a paid gym that costs 5 euros for an hour and a half, and the number of exercise machines is very small and not varied. Children under 16 years old are not allowed into the gym, which also upset us very much. And the second point that upset us is that the water in the water park is very chlorinated and apparently it is not changed or cleaned very often. Children and even adults developed a rash on the face and body after almost the first visit to the water park. But we had to turn a blind eye to this, since the water park is a favorite place for children to spend time. It turned out that almost every day after the water park they had to apply ointments for allergies and rashes, and the next day they went to the water park again.

I was completely satisfied with my stay at the Grand Spa Lietuva sanatorium. Very good value for money and service. What was especially nice was the lack of a language barrier. All staff speak Russian at a good level and always meet the needs of the client halfway. We replaced and added some procedures, no problems arose. In general, there was a very friendly attitude everywhere. On weekends, procedures took place as usual. Some procedures, such as spinal traction classes in the pool, we have never seen before anywhere. The food, organized according to the buffet principle, also completely satisfied us. We recommend taking the program with only treatment and breakfast; there are many cafes in the area with affordable prices. In the evening the hotel is boring, there are no events. There is no drinking water tap in the pool. The massage is not always professional.
