On Tuesday sanatoriums.com reported for the FIRST TIME that the return transfer to Vilnius would take place the next morning at 7:30 a.m. It was only on my own initiative that I managed to get on the penultimate flight from Lithuania, to Bremen instead of Dortmund or Cologne. Other guests had flown to Frankfurt with Lufthansa the day before for a usurious €335, or rather, fled.

We were very outraged that old, weathered bread was mixed together with fresh bread in the dining room! I don’t want to talk about cakes at all! It's just awful! The old cakes, all rolled over several times on trays, were already all in crumbs and had no appearance again, and were put out on the tables again!!! We have never seen anything like this before!!!!! And on days when there were fewer people in the hotel, the menu was very meager, but we pay the same amount of money for every day and for this reason we want a menu worthy of the same as with the usual attendance of the hotel!!!! I hope the management will take action because after such service in the dining room they began to think about changing the hotel!

Landscaping of the surrounding area and excellent interior design, cleanliness and well-groomed premises. The food is a separate reason for delight - it’s very tasty and varied, and there are always dietary dishes. Having decided to improve our health, we studied the topic of wellness recreation. It turned out that there are not so many sanatoriums where you can relax and receive treatment with a 4-year-old child. Among the Lithuanian ones, we liked the Grand Spa Lietuva hotel with a medical base. Our package included accommodation, meals, doctor's consultation and 33 procedures each. ⠀ My wife chose the following: massage, amplipulse therapy, pearl bath with mineral. water, oxygen concentrator, lymphatic drainage, contrast baths, halotherapy (salt cave), mud applications, vertical bath, etc. I took massages, mud, a salt room and magnetic therapy for myself. You can take as many additional procedures as you like for a fee, but the basic ones were enough for us. The service in the hospital is excellent - the staff is polite, they constantly came up and asked if everything was okay, if I could give him some warm water (in the bathroom). Kind aunties helped wash my back after the mud. In short, everyone there is cute. ⠀ I liked that you can get into all the hotel buildings without going outside - there is a corridor leading from the hotel to the hospital and the water park, very convenient. ⠀ Another bonus of our hotel is its own water park, where you can hang out at least every day. It was impossible to get the child out of the paddling pool. We splashed in the pools, had fun in the jacuzzi and saunas (there are 15 of them). There is food in the restaurant for every taste - both healthy food like vegetables and steamed fish, and dishes with “fat on the butt” such as pilaf with lamb, zeppelins, etc. In general, the same all-inclusive, only without alcohol (you can buy wine at the bar next to the restaurant). ⠀ We had a great rest and even somehow more thoroughly than in the south. Thanks to the water park and salt cave, the absence of the sea was almost not felt. We will practice this type of relaxation more often (#hello old age).
