Insufficient number of tables in the bright restaurant area. Patients often competed for positions. I was surprised by the massage system. The amount paid includes a 15-minute massage every day. The massage therapists come to the office strictly when she leaves at the specified time. But it takes a couple more minutes to undress, lay on the couch, and rub. As a result, the massage lasts 12 minutes. Isn't it better to do a massage every other day, but for 30 minutes? And further, massage therapists are different every day. This is a bit strange. There are very good ones. There are weaker ones. But overall everything is very good.

The room is clean, comfortable, but there has been no renovation for a long time (AT LEAST THE CARPET WAS REPLACED). There is a lack of air in the room, an open window does not help, apparently it needs to be equipped with air conditioning. Although for such a price (73EUR) and a full range of services (accommodation, 3 meals a day, water park and treatment) you can ignore this :)

The Sanatoriums team... would like to periodically correct the videos and descriptions in terms of specialist doctors (I had to contact privately and go to the hospital twice) and some procedures.. I also didn’t get the promised excursion to Vilnius. .. Nevertheless - thank you and success

Terrible mattresses on the beds, the receptionist gave us the corona check in Lithuanian instead of English, although he knew perfectly well that it was for traveling abroad, we had big problems with flying out of the country because of this, the employee at the spa made us queue for everything days for procedures with an interval of several hours between, and half a day we were confined to the hotel, otherwise everything was fine, but these seemingly little things really, really spoil the rest itself and the attitude towards the hotel, explain to the employees what needs to be printed for the airport, they are obliged to know this, and yes, for my money I would like the employee to at least try to bring the procedures closer in time

The double bed had two single sheets across it, which was very uncomfortable. Everything is sliding off the mattress. The pillows are thin and only two. There are a lot of children in this sanatorium due to the presence of a water park, if you count on peace and quiet, it won’t work))

The accommodation for visitors is excellent. They are going to a meeting, we wish those who are coming. I would like to note the sincere approach of Cornelia and other workers who receive vacationers. Juratis has selected an excellent team in all buildings. A well-coordinated team of medical and sports personnel. The masseuses Irina (210) office work unforgettably. Daiwa masseuses from cabins (205 and 213). It is impossible not to mention the service baths, cryocabin, Diana, who conducts classes in a vertical bath. There are many, many that can be listed. Everyone is worthy. The food is delicious, but I would like to diversify the range of dishes. And to decorate the hall itself. It didn’t hurt to lay out tablecloths so that the restaurant didn’t look like a factory canteen.

The heating was not turned on, so quite cold at some points. Would be good to have a list of all possible treatments to choose from that are included in the package, with their benefits. This would make it easier to tell the doctor what is needed.
