This is not the first time we have come to this sanatorium, because we like absolutely everything - the food and treatment, and especially the spa area with a swimming pool and saunas. Everything is great.Negatives
The only negative was that the rooms on the 4th floor were being renovated. And we lived on the 3rd floor. And the sound of a drill overhead is not very comfortable. But what can you do - the hotel also needs repairs.

Registration and meal (lunch) time not coordinated. Check-in is available from 15:00 after lunch. So we don't eat until dinner. Check-out is until 12:00 and lunch time is from 15:00. We also remain without food. We would think that there would be no problem if the check-in starts at 14:00, which is the usual time for most hotels.

You don’t need to bring a towel with you from your room; they give you a new one every time during procedures and in the pool. Good and varied food. Good selection of vegetables and fruits.Negatives
From 9 am to about 4 pm on weekdays they started drilling. If you want to sleep during the day or relax in the room, then doing this is problematic.

It would be good to plan an extra bed in a large double room. room (passed once in the spring, everything was super, the child was not deprived, there was no need to beg) For an extra bed, I wanted a normal dress and not a blanket.

We have already been to this hotel 6 times and will continue to do so. This is the best resort in terms of price and quality (we have something to compare with). The restaurant has a very varied and delicious homemade food! Towels, bed linen and bathrobes are regularly changed in the rooms (on request without any problems). The reception is always ready to accommodate any requests. Water park - entertainment for children and relaxation for adults!Negatives
The floor coverings in the rooms are still far from new and for people with allergies it is better to take rooms with anti-allergenic coating, but there are not many of them in the hotel. Repairs are being made, but not as quickly as we would like, because... the hotel is open all year round.

Food - lunch and dinner - not very good, breakfast is not bad. WiFi is unstable. Take your own slippers. The massage is most often only 10-11 minutes. Mineral water is very specific, I had heartburn.

Overall I liked everything, the treatment, the water park, the baths, the food. The whole day was divided into minutes, between procedures there was only enough time for a smoke break, the result was all perfectly planned. Excellent work of the maids, especially Dalia Kazokiene who cleaned our room, very responsive and neat, always clean and tidy. We went through various procedures, the pleasant staff will always help and tell you what’s best. I really liked the massages, my wife and I had three different masseuses, so I have someone to compare with. So we definitely gave the title of professional to Asta Stonkuviene. After her massage you don’t leave the office, but fly out as if on wings, as if you were born again. A big plus is the underground parking, you can go to the car in a robe and there is also a place for smokers.Negatives
The television did not have programs in Russian. WIFI was very weak, both during the day and late in the evening. The menu in the dining room could have been richer.

There are some minor comments. Weak internet. The food is monotonous. But we weren’t hungry. It’s strange that the tables in the dining room were wiped with one rag, like in Soviet canteens. It’s strange that there aren’t even disposable napkins on the tables. It’s not very pleasant to put cutlery on a bare table.

Everything was great. The only thing that worries me is the relief after the procedures. I don't feel this yet. But the procedures ended only yesterday. They say it will take time. Let's see.
