The furniture in the rooms is outdated, and some of the hospital equipment in the hospital also needs to be updated. The food is good and varied. But I would like to exclude the use of frozen semi-finished fish and poultry products. We have never seen this in any hotel in the world.

They were waiting for us, the number was determined within an hour, by the time we had lunch everything was ready, a consultation time was set and the procedures began on the same day. The room is nice, clean and warm, there is a TV, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, a wardrobe with hangers and shelves for things. They cleaned every day and changed towels. We lived on the 7th floor, but this was not inconvenient for us; the two elevators worked well, despite the large flow of tourists at this time. The only thing that bothered me personally was the large number of children, it’s not that I don’t like them, but there were a lot of married couples with 2.3 children aged almost babies, this naturally added noise, screams and unpleasant situations to the the dining room, when children take everything with their hands, then put it back and, moreover, parents do not control these moments. One older man even asked to change his room, because a family with children was settled next to him and his relaxing holiday was over. I think children, of course, should be taken with you to a sanatorium, but at an adequate age, when they themselves can rest and receive treatment and not disturb others. The procedures are good, as I understand, almost everyone has the same ones, they are included in the price of the tour, others are optional and for an additional fee. You still can’t try everything at once, so I’m planning others next time. The food is good, the choice is optimal, although for those who are more picky it is probably better to choose a 4-star hotel, I think the food is better there. I was pleased with the steamed fish and vegetables and fruits. This sanatorium is a city within a city, a hotel, a clinic, a water park, a panoramic restaurant on the 8th floor, underground parking, bars... we lived there for a week and there was no particular need to go out, especially since it was freezing outside, you couldn’t really get enough of it. The promised therapeutic massage for 15 minutes actually took no more than 12-10 minutes and was more like a relaxing massage (very pleasant stroking by women’s hands) than a therapeutic one. We have heard complaints from many people about the quality of massage. I think efforts should really be made to provide truly therapeutic massage.
