On your main page, in the first place among the indications for treatment, it says: treatment of the gastrointestinal tract. (chronic gastritis, stomach ulcer, etc.) I came for this treatment, having traveled a long way from Canada and paying twice as much for the trip as the cost of a 10-day stay at the Grand Spa Lithuania. This turned out to be absolutely untrue: 1. Mineral water turned out to be unsuitable for gastritis with high acidity and caused an exacerbation of bladder disease. As a result, I had to contact a urologist, who later prescribed special magnetic therapy. Upon discharge, I was charged additional money for a consultation. 2. The promised dietary food also turned out to be completely unsuitable for my gastritis condition. To my question: What kind of nutrition should I take? The doctor replied that this is something I must decide for myself. I am an engineer by profession, not a nutritionist, and I am not able to decide this myself. The very tasty and unlimited buffet does not encourage me to diet at all, and I was denied a glass of kefir at night. On the penultimate night, my intestines became so inflamed that I did not sleep all night, and at 7 am on September 13, 2018 I ran to the reception to ask where the nearest hospital was, since I had to leave the next night. The employee (a young man) persuaded me to wait until 9 am and get to the doctor on duty, from whom I hardly received a referral for a cleansing enema, which I received partially, because... I obviously spent my limit on procedures, which may be good, but I wasn’t going for them. I went to treat gastritis with high acidity, and as a result I almost ended up in the hospital on the last day of my stay with poisoning/inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract. As a matter of fact, you should be sued and win on all grounds. I'll talk to my lawyer about this. Придерживаться диеты или нет, это право гостя. Так как Вы приехали для лечения желудочно-кишечного тракта, можем делать выводы, что болезнь у Вас была, и наверняка дома Вы проконсультировались с лечащим врачом какое питание при такой болезни положено. Изучив всю ситуацию от начала до конца, своей безответственности мы не находим, наоборот старались Вас услышать и Ваше пребывание сделать максимально комфортным.
