This was our first time staying at this resort and we were very pleased. For a 3*** hotel it’s even excellent. Friendly staff, attentive medical staff. There is quite a variety of food and you can always choose the dish you want. It’s especially great that there is a water park, baths and a swimming pool. Good medical base. We will be happy to return to this hotel again.Negatives
The only drawback for us is that there is no drinking source for stomach ailments. Although it is written in the advertisement that the main direction is the gastrointestinal tract. The existing source is not suitable for peptic ulcers and gastritis.

With all my heart I express my deepest gratitude for the professionalism and warmth, for the selfless and noble work of all the employees of the Grand SPA Lietuva hotel. Special thanks to ROME (carbon dioxide baths, contrast baths), massage therapist ROKAS BARTNYKAS, as well as junior medical staff for their responsiveness and attentive attitude towards patients, for the cleanliness and comfort of the entire medical facility. Thanks to the chefs for the delicious cottage cheese casseroles, thanks to all the spa workers. It is a great blessing that such competent and caring people work where they are needed most. It’s not the first time we’ve been to the sanatorium, there’s a very warm atmosphere, friendly staff, starting from registration. The quality of procedures in the hospital is excellent, the staff is very kind. I liked everything: from treatment to relaxation (the Water Park is also a big plus). Food: wide variety of dishes.

Cons: - regarding the kitchen - very dirty dishes and cutlery, I had to choose dishes from a pile. - in my opinion, there is not enough regular food for children, the side dishes are the same type, just ordinary pasta, cutlets for children. - there were a couple of shortcomings in the treatment plan: instead of a 15-minute massage for children, it was given for 10 minutes at most, and it was just a simple stroke. When I asked the massage therapist about a 10-minute massage, she became indignant instead of apologizing. - during the whirlpool bath procedure, I lay in a non-working bath, and they did not offer to replace or reschedule the procedure. - we had to reschedule the time of the procedures, since we were vacationing as a family of 4 people, the time coincided with the children, and in the second week, for all family members, the procedures ended in the first half for, and for me, many were closer to 15 hours. At the same time, the procedures were postponed to the morning. There is no program that takes into account that this is a family. We could all visit the salt cave together, but we all had our own time.

It is very convenient that all the buildings are connected by corridors and you don’t have to go outside, the weather was rainy. Excellent Water Park with pools and good saunas, where various bath procedures are carried out. The sanatorium is located in the city center, where there are many parks and not far from the forest.
