Spa Hotel Lietuva Clean, spacious. Conscientious attitude of the staff. High-quality, multifaceted treatment. Lunches and breakfasts are delicious, varied dishes in a buffet style. Lots of delicious salads. Large water park with six saunas and plenty of massage doses. We had a great time and relaxed in a beautiful old place on the banks of the Neman River. Druskinenkai is a quiet, clean, unique town with interesting architecture, old wooden houses, surrounded by pine forests. It’s picturesque! We like Druskininkai, this is our third time here and we’ll come again. A luxurious holiday and excellent spa treatment. Many thanks to Daiva for the massage sessions. Highly recommended for couples and families with children.

I’ve been vacationing with my husband for the second year in a row. I really like everything: the staff, the medical department, the pool are all at the highest level. I would especially like to mention the masseuse Vaida J, a professional in her field, she works with her soul!!! I think we’ll be back more than once!Negatives
In the dining room I would like to see less fatty and fried food. It is better to bake everything in the oven and stew. Porridge should be made with water, not milk. People who are lactose intolerant should also be taken into account; lactose-free milk should be available.

There was only one medical examination, although two examinations were paid for. The opening times for the drinking treatment are too short (only one hour) so the many treatments would have to be canceled for me by around 50% The food tasted good but unfortunately VERY, VERY, little variety, the dishes were repeated every 3-4 days, the soups were always the same for lunch and dinner, the food really affected the overall impression.

I spent a week with my daughter for the first time in Druskininkai at the SPA Lietuva hotel. We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly, they spoke to us in Russian, I understood Lithuanian, but my 14-year-old daughter did not, and they immediately switched to Russian. The food is varied and delicious, home-style. It is very convenient that the hotel is connected to a hospital and a large swimming pool complex with baths... The hotel is located in the city center, 5-7 minutes from parks with a river and lakes, there is a Catholic and Orthodox church within a 5-8 minute walk.

We are satisfied with the rest and treatment. Excellent breakfast, good lunch. The rooms are bright, very clean, towels are changed every day, the bed is snow-white, they are changed every three to four days. The staff is polite, friendly, attentive. Ochenj skolzkaja plitka pered vhodom v Grand Spa hotelj Lietuva. Cutj ne poluchili travmu. Nezainteresovannij personal, na vopros, otvecali s nedovolstvom, pri registracii v SPA zonu, da i na ostalnije voprosi. Pri procedure grazevih vann - paralelno pri mojej procedure mili trapku i eju mili pol, mogli podozhdatj, kogda viidu.Smuzhem odinakovije programmi bili, ja lezhala 15 min, muzh 20 min. Menja ranshe vipustili. Procedura s tokom, ne predlozhili lecj, oba raza nado bilo sidet, hotja muzhu tozhe samoje delali i oba raza on lezhal. Obsluzhivanije na registrature horoshee.

On the fourth day of our stay, renovations began above us on the 5th floor, and for the remaining 3 days there was terrible noise all day long. This is not acceptable since people came to the sanatorium to relax and be treated, and after the procedures it was sometimes impossible to stay in the room until 6 pm. I would like the hotel administrators to somehow plan this and stir people up so that they don’t experience such inconvenience.

My room was freshly renovated with a nice modern interior, though the shower was flooding the bathroom and ventilation did not work. At the moment they only got the 4th floor renovated. Aqua zone was very nice with two slides, waves, water jets, saunas, showers, etc. I enjoyed breakfast. Lunch was ok. We had dinner in the hotel canteen on the first night, but it was rather boring. So we then had dinner in the town in various local restaurants. I enjoyed the vertical bath in the warm mineral water pool. Very beneficial for my back. Initially I got massage split into 15 mins slots, which was totally useless and annoying. But once I combined them into 30 mins slots, I could relax and enjoy the treatment.Negatives
The most unpleasant and stressful part was on the first day when I had a "medical examination" with a doctor, Olga. She hardly turned her head from the computer to ask me a couple of questions. Then she marked smth in her computer and sent us to the reception without explaining our full options and giving a good advice. The timetable and procedures I got was a disaster and not what I expected...and I got only 27 vs. 35 I paid for. I had to ask for another appointment with a different doctor to fix this. The whole process is rather painful and unpredictable as you are totally dependent on one person's attitude and lack of attention. They should definitely improve it to be more transparent to clients. I wish I could see all the options online as a list to choose myself in advance letting a doctor to revise your choice and recommend, but not act as a "bottleneck". I was hoping to book 1 hour massage from the paid list but no slots were available. First time I booked zero spa treatments during my "spa" vacation as nothing looked attractive to me. I eventually went to UPA for a proper spa treatment. I hoped to have a dental cleaning, but no doctor was available till November. The canteen is only good for breakfast and lunch. I wouldn't recommend dinners as the choice and atmosphere is quite boring.

I suggest considering the possibility of limiting the number of groups in a vertical bath to 4 people. Often it was 5 or even 6 people, which led to crowding and inconvenience.

Minimum staff speak English, treatments spread all trough the day ,not leaving much time to do anything else outside of the hotel . Air-conditioning in the room only helps during hot days ,but not for heating. 1 of the nights temperature dropped and it was cold to sleep
