Цены, по сравнению с 2017 годом, действительно немного повысились, но что касается количество процедур, оно не сократилось. В нашем комплексе есть не одна лечебная программа, в этом году Вы выбрали оптимальную программу, в которую входят 3 процедуры в день. Оптимальная программа и в 2017 году в себя включала 3 лечебные процедуры, 5 процедур в день входят в универсальную программу. Приносим свои извинения что это информация Вам не была предоставлена. Что касается противопожарной сигнализации, проверка, без информирования наших гостей, не проводится, при проверке гостям об этом сообщают лично. Скорее всего, сигнализация могла сработать в случае курения в номере. This increases wait times for elevators and the workload at the restaurant and water park compared to weekdays. I would like to note the well-organized work of the physiotherapy department; all procedures were carried out strictly according to schedule. It was very pleasant to see the attentive and friendly attitude of all the employees. I think that the food in the restaurant is quite decent; you could almost always choose something to your taste. We arrived early, we were very pleased that we were immediately offered to check into our room. We liked the room on the 2nd floor overlooking the courtyard. However, in the evening we were deeply disappointed, with noise behind the wall from the ventilation hood and hum under the window from the transformer.
