The last four nights were noisy; a festival site was being built under the windows of my room near the Geyser. They started working very early, at five o'clock in the morning, and in the evening until late the conversations of the guards could be heard. Don't choose Hotel Wolker before the festival (and probably during it)! And yet - there are no ordinary cosmetic sets that are usually found in four-star hotels, very modest, only hand gel and shower gel. Thanks to the whole team for a good holiday, I stayed at the Wolker Hotel, treatment and food were at the Astoria Hotel, it was not very convenient, but I knew about it. The room was not large, but everything was done with taste, it was pleasant to be in such conditions. Thanks to the chefs for their delicious and varied dishes. Thanks to the sanatoriums for the organization, and to the drivers for their professionalism. The only thing that’s not very good is when the driver smokes, a lot of time is wasted stopping (it took 13 hours to travel to the Czech Republic, 9 hours back)Negatives
I didn’t like the organization of treatment in this hotel, I came for a week, the first day there was not a single procedure at all. Some procedures count as one in two. The medical staff do not really listen to wishes and in general they have some kind of stressful environment; half of them are prescribed useless procedures. I had paid for two visits to the doctor per week, but... Лечебная путёвка, которая только на 6 ночей, включает у классического лечения 15 процедур за пребывание и 2 осмотра у врача. Все процедуры назначает курортный врач на основе состаяния здоровья клиента и к сожалению их не возможно поменять для желанию госта. Процедура оксигенотерапия, которая 110 минут, считается как 2 процедуры. Благодарим Вас за пребывание в нашем отеле и желаем всего хорошего.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent accommodation, great food. The restaurant has polite, caring employees and special thanks to the COOK. Treatment may be better. The salt room is just a name. But it was necessary to get relaxation. It didn't do any harm, but it didn't do much good either.... This is one of the disadvantages. The doctor receiving guests prescribes the procedures that you order. I didn’t really like this, because I could have gotten something new. But at this stage I’m happy with everything. She stayed at the Walker Hotel from September 27 to October 8. After the renovation everything is great. Room cleaning was good. The doctor prescribed me everything I needed for complete treatment. The staff during the procedures are wonderful, especially the very friendly older sister Anna - she is a person in her place. I hope to meet everyone next year. We returned from Karlovy Vary again with a lot of pleasant impressions. Thanks to the Astoria Hotel. As always, we choose our Volker with conviction. We were pleasantly surprised when we saw a surprise in the room - fruits and drinks and a welcome note. We received an invitation to a meeting with the hotel manager in the tea room. ...And there we were given a golden regular visitor card, which provides numerous advantages. This applies to reservations and many other pleasant points that we have already taken advantage of. Of course, we are completely sure that we will come again and again! The restaurant service deserves all praise. Despite the overcrowding of the hotel, they try to listen and arrange seating so that everyone is comfortable. Very polite. We met our always smiling Denisa again. The medical staff provided good service. As always, I liked the nurse who gives gas injections. Vaclav, it seems. But he loves punctuality.
