We rested in the sanatorium for two weeks, bed linen was changed twice, towels were changed at our request. Upon arrival, we were quickly checked in and sent to lunch, the restaurant workers serve us well, they never rushed us, even if the meal time was coming to an end. Dirty dishes are removed from tables promptly, dishes are served, slices, and fruit are replenished in a timely manner. A couple of times we asked to move the meal to another shift, and they accommodated us. We were quite satisfied with the quality of food, the meat and fish were not over-dried or over-salted, in the morning of porridge with water, anyone could add salt, sugar, butter. I also liked the treatment, the attitude of the staff is professional, there are sufficient periods of time between procedures so as not to rush from office to office. Mostly, the procedures were completed before lunch; a couple of times, due to excursions, they asked to adjust the treatment schedule, successfully. Overall, the holiday was a success. In the morning we visited the doctor, we were prescribed a drinking course and all the procedures. Before lunch we were busy with procedures, and after lunch we walked a lot around the neighborhood. Every day we walked about 10 km, but in Sunday we went to the city of Loket on our own, and from there we walked to the city of DOUBI, through the Svyatoshskie rocks - a very amazing place. The rocks are like pillars. And what a beautiful forest, the birds sing beautifully there, that day we walked 16 km. There is a teahouse in the Astoria sanatorium room, this is a great idea, because... we love to drink tea, especially in cool weather, but if there was a kettle in the room, we would indulge in buns until 11 p.m., and we follow the variety of teas and diet. Many people complain about the food, but they forget that they came to a sanatorium, and not on the Turkish coast. In a sanatorium there should be porridge on the water, food without salt and a large selection of vegetables, and at the same time you can always choose a side dish and the type of meat that you prefer (beef, pork, chicken) fish. By the way, on the first night, having discovered terribly uncomfortable, lumpy pillows, the next day we asked the reception to change them, returning an hour later to the room, we found other pillows and the same thing happened with a hairdryer, we asked and they brought it.
