The elevator is old - it can barely carry 2 people. There was no Wi-Fi for almost all 10 days. On excursion days you can take a packed lunch, but it is so small and low in calories that we regretted that we just didn’t move lunch to dinner. Soups for lunch are like - we weren't impressed. But overall the holiday was a success and thanks to all the staff for their good work

The only negative is that we came to you for the first time, so we didn’t know the location of the sanatoriums. The lack of a reception in Volker made it very difficult to settle in and one gets the impression that no one needs Volker. also about the cleaning - they cleaned rarely and very superficially, the linen was changed once (maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be), I even had to beg for cleaning once, but all this did not spoil the overall impression. And not sit in your room waiting for the next procedure. The time between procedures is conveniently calculated. I never sat in line. After lunch, free time for walking along the streets of Karlovy Vary. Very varied menu: choice of 8 dishes plus 3-4 dishes on duty for lunch/dinner. Various options for preparing dishes from fish, rabbit, chicken, beef and pork. Salads and juice. But I was content with chatting on WhatsApp. During my stay at the sanatorium, the management and some of the staff changed. But I have nothing to compare with - this is my first time here. I hope that Wolker will have a receptionist on duty in the near future. It is more convenient to resolve everyday issues on site, rather than in Astoria. It is especially dangerous in emergency situations and medical emergencies. Room 604 is next to the technical rooms of the maids. They work from 5.30, they interfere with sleep. The room is cold. Food is the biggest defect! Patients are not provided with a diet, even a banal diet for diabetes is not followed! Do not write lies on the site! You cannot treat patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. Treatment schedules are compiled without taking into account the wishes of the patient and his capabilities.

Lack of concierge or reception in the building. When entering and leaving, you need to pick up and return the key in another Astoria building, and you cannot leave your luggage. This year the streets were like slippery icy mounds. Why don't they clean it up? During the cold season, walking to another building 6-8 times a day, especially after baths, was not pleasant. There may be a long interval between procedures. The restaurant has 2 shifts: 7.30 - 8.30, 11.30-12.30, 17-18, first shift 9-10, 13-14. 18.30-19.30 second shift, food shift was assigned to the first without taking into account our wishes for the second shift. Afterwards we waited for the doctor in the corridor. They brought a card, which procedures and when to take without our participation. Where are the client's wishes? On the day of departure, the maid categorically rather rudely ordered to leave the room at exactly 10.00. The day before, in the Astoria building, the issues of when and where to leave the keys were discussed. It turns out they didn’t hand it over to the shift. We waited for a taxi at the front door for up to 12 o'clock. There is silence in the building, there is no one, you can’t leave your luggage, you can’t go to the toilet.
