Excellent rooms, cleanliness and comfort, highly professional medical staff who provided attention and care during the procedures, delicious and varied food (in 10 days there was never a repeat of a hot dish for lunch or dinner!) allowed us to “fly above the hustle and bustle” and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the resort city to the fullest. A very nice new hotel located on one of the best streets in Karlovy Vary - Sadovaya. Not very big, compact, but at the same time spacious inside. We had apartments. Great room! Everything is done for maximum convenience. Very large bed with a comfortable mattress. There are good TVs in both the bedroom and living room. Two bathrooms, one of which has a bed, the other has a hygienic shower. Spacious closets with sufficient hangers. Rooms are cleaned every day efficiently and quickly. All the staff are very polite. The food is excellent - high-quality, fresh products, deliciously prepared menu items. Good coffee is brewed at breakfast. They will always come up and ask which one to make - espresso, cappuccino... The procedures are strictly timed, you don’t wait a minute anywhere. The attitude of the medical staff is very attentive and tactful. Wonderful chief doctor! A detailed conversation, a thorough examination, all necessary comments both on the procedures and during the conversation and examination. The hotel has a wonderful relaxation area - Finnish and steam saunas, swimming pools with massage areas. I think that on our next visit to Karlovy Vary we will choose this hotel again! The bathroom has an excellent design, but functionally with a faucet in the sink it is not very convenient, it is difficult to adjust the desired water temperature and splashes fly on you, on the floor, on the wall of the shower stall.

On the first day after arrival, we were seen by a doctor and procedures were prescribed. If we go to Karlovy Vary again, it will be the same hotel again. The hotel itself is clean, cozy, and it looks like it has been recently renovated. The location is excellent, in a quiet place, but at the same time close to the center, the springs are a leisurely 10 minutes walk. Monotonous salads were served for dinner, most of them were seasoned with vinegar, which is not recommended for dietary nutrition. The schedule of procedures was not very convenient, which affected the drinking regime.
