I also say hello to one girl waiter who refused to take coffee outside to a table near the entrance to the sanatorium. We rested and received treatment with my wife from May 18 to June 1. There were some problems with the price of the sanatorium, but sanatoriums.com helped solve the problem and everything was settled. Moreover, both the Czech office and the Moscow office took part in solving the problem. We ordered a transfer there and back. Everything is clear, on schedule. The minibuses are large and clean. The drivers are nice. I really liked the resort itself. The rooms are new, clean and bright. It looks like the renovation was recently done. The bed and mattress are new, comfortable and large. The bed linen is really white and white. Cleaned every day. Towels are changed every day. Bed linen - once every 3 days. There was a refrigerator in the room, and it was empty without a minibar. I think this is a plus. You can bring your own medications, food and water. The doctor is a very good specialist. Conducts inspections truly, with “soul”. The appointments are all to the point. The equipment is new. There are no complaints from the medical staff - everything is clear, on schedule. It is clear that the team is friendly. The food at the resort is excellent. They even managed to make the diet food, which is all boiled, with such beauty and taste that a lot of photos went viral on social networks. Meals are made to order and buffet style. They adapt to people, although it is not easy. The chef always made little welcome canapés which were very tasty and new every day. Each person has their own table. The service from the girls was excellent. The resort has a large swimming pool with underwater jets, a small pool with mineral water and also a sauna and hammam. There is something to fill the evenings after walking around the city. Internet in the rooms via Wi-Fi, and the speed is excellent. There are a lot of little things that really make it easier and help you relax. A lot has been thought through. In general, we liked everything about our holiday and treatment.
