A doctor who cares about the health of his patients both during and after treatment. I would like to note the excellent work of all the medical staff of the sanatorium, massage therapist Yaroslav - after 3 massages, my back stopped hurting, attentive and friendly nurses who gave me baths - and they gave me a hand and covered me with a towel, of course thanks to the attentive and always smiling sisters Allochka and Natasha. The rooms are clean and cleaned regularly. THANK YOU EVERYONE. For anyone who needs quality treatment and friendly, attentive staff, I can only recommend the Iris sanatorium. There are no negative points. Maybe in terms of emotions, one episode. It has nothing to do with the work of the hotel, but I want to share. Still, our vacationers from Russia are strange. This is exactly the situation I had. I always found myself in the hotel pool at the same time with my family: grandmother, mother and little grandson. For some reason they decided that the pool was only at their disposal. You should have seen the reaction of dissatisfaction with my daily appearance in the pool. What is especially unpleasant is that this was passed on to the child, judging by his reaction to a stranger. It’s good that this was not expressed verbally. I’m not a timid type, I would have reacted. Ultimately, this didn’t make me very comfortable. I am writing in such detail only because perhaps potential family guests of the Iris Hotel will read my words, and someone will draw the right conclusion for themselves.

Hello, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the Iris Sanatorium, my mother and grandmother went on vacation to the Karlovy Vary resort of the Czech Republic in this sanatorium in March 2017, but at the beginning of the vacation my grandmother became ill, the hotel provided great assistance in treatment, called a doctor , took the necessary tests, organized transportation to the hospital, and subsequently, after providing medical care in the hospital, the sanatorium helped transport my grandmother home ahead of time for the operation. At present, everything is fine, the operation was successful. We really enjoyed our stay in Karlovy Vary and the Iris sanatorium. The sanatorium is in excellent condition after renovation, good soundproofing of the rooms and a small number of vacationers allow you to get a great night's sleep, feel calm and relaxed. One small minus in the apartment: the sofa does not fold out. You can sleep on it, but I would like a more comfortable sleeping place. If the resort takes this into account and can change the sofa, then the apartment will be just perfect!

The attitude is excellent everywhere: in the restaurant, at the reception, in the medical department - very sensitive, attentive people work everywhere. I have never seen such a thorough (not formal) examination when prescribing procedures in any sanatorium (we have vacationed many times, both in M. Lazne and K.V.) He gave very good recommendations and useful advice afterwards. treatment. In a word, the whole team at the hotel works great. The rooms are good, the bed is large, the linen is crisp white. I also really liked the food in the restaurant (nothing fatty or fried). The menu is very varied. Everything is delicious and, especially, we liked the beautiful presentation of the dishes. There is carpeting everywhere, both in the rooms and in the common area, on the stairs. Sound insulation is also okay. The staff, absolutely everyone, is polite, smiling, and speaks Russian. Special respect to the cook, dietitian sister and waiters (especially the most pleasant young man!) The presentation of dishes, their volume and quality of preparation are beyond praise! It will be difficult for those who are losing weight and do not have willpower)) Breakfast is a buffet, lunch and dinner to choose from the menu. Cold appetizers, soups, salads, herbs, fruits, pastries, juices and waters during lunch and dinner in a buffet format. The location of the hotel is very, very good. In the center. The springs are a couple of minutes walk away. No steep climbs up the “mountain”. We arrived by car, we were lucky, there was a free parking space at the very entrance to the hotel! 8 euros per night. Since we were in the hotel for only 7 days, it is difficult to talk about the result of the treatment)) But we really liked the procedures that we managed to undergo during this time. A 9-year-old child also attended 2-3 procedures a day. It is very convenient that everything is prescribed in the first half of the day. After lunch you manage your time independently. There are no procedures on Sunday, we go on excursions)) This is not the first time in Karlovy Vary, but we won’t even experiment. We will be happy to come to Iris for 2 weeks in the fall. On the first day we didn’t realize (we were tired from the road)))))))))) that the lobby bar is only open until 21-00. I really wanted tea, but there was nowhere to get hot water((((.
