My room was on the sunny side, as specified when booking. Exactly matches the photos on the hotel website - bright, spacious, stylish and comfortable. A wide bed with an ideal orthopedic mattress, large pillows, a good-quality blanket, in general, I slept very comfortably. I liked the bathroom for its logic. A spacious shower with a glass screen, which is much more convenient than all kinds of sliding stalls or sticky curtains. Heated floors are an extremely useful thing, especially in rainy or cold seasons. The room was cleaned every day. Bed linen was changed very often, towels and a bathrobe were changed as needed. By the way, I gave my personal items for washing - and I highly recommend it! Not expensive, quickly and efficiently, everything was washed, dried and brought to the room. I liked the food, tasty, varied, good selection of salads and appetizers, even taking into account the restrictions of my gluten-free diet, so I think that the food at the hotel is at a fairly high level. One shift cooks well, the second - excellent. If only there was an opportunity to sit freely, not in assigned seats... Separately, I would like to say a huge thank you to the waiters, Lyubash, Gana and Klavdia, for their attention, for the positivity and for the morning cappuccino! My treatment was minimal, injections, several baths and oxygen. I liked everything, especially the baths. Dim lighting, a calm and quiet environment are very conducive to relaxation. Personally, I would like to mention the head nurse Tatyana and Alla, it was very cordial to communicate and comfortable to undergo the procedures. After I got to see Dr. Onisko, I understood why many people have been going to Karlovy Vary for years specifically to see him for treatment.
