Spent 2 weeks at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, from the visit to the doctor, the procedure, the attentive staff, the room cleaning, etc. I would like to separately mention the cooks and waitresses. Being completely intolerant to gluten and lactose, the food was prepared separately for me and everything was VERY tasty and at the same time, eating 3 times a day, I lost 3 kg without even trying! The last two times we came, when doctor Yuri Onisko was on sick leave and the examination and drinking regime were not complete. We found a time when the package for two weeks included two doctor’s examinations, a blood test and 33! procedures. Last year this was reduced to 2 doctor’s examinations without a blood test and 20 procedures. And this year there were only 14 procedures (that is, one procedure per day) and one doctor’s examination. I always order a room with a balcony and pay extra for it. This time the room had a balcony from a converted room with a French window. The view from the window was on the wall. And below us there was a swimming pool and after it closed you could hear it being cleaned. Once upon a time in a restaurant for breakfast they had coffee from the bar and it was nice to start day with a delicious cup of coffee. Nowadays there is a coffee machine for breakfast, the coffee from which is impossible to drink, it is so not tasty. The hotel has a wonderful tea room. Previously, every evening after dinner there was a kettle, tea, cups and sometimes, when it was cold, a fireplace was lit. The last time in two weeks we saw a kettle there twice. We are very sorry that such changes for the worse have occurred. We don’t know for sure whether this is due to the fault of the hotel or the fault of the sanatoriums. But next year we will already be thinking whether we should go to this hotel or look for something else and whether we should book through sanatoriums
