This is not the first time my husband and I have vacationed in the Purkino sanatorium. Small, family hotel. Helpful staff, especially nurses. Pretty good treatment. It is especially pleasant that, unlike many, even expensive hotels, mineral water is used here for pearl baths and underwater massage. Tasty food. I liked everything very much!!! We were met at the airport and taken to the hotel, and on the way back we were comfortably taken to the airport by car! The guy brought our things right to our boarding gate and we didn’t have to look for where to check in for our flight! Super!!. At the reception we were greeted very warmly and were immediately given a room. We were pleasantly surprised by the wonderful spacious room. Below the windows, which also surprised and delighted, the Tepla River bubbled peacefully and calmly. The room was constantly cleaned, towels and bed linen were changed frequently. Despite the day off, the doctor saw us and prescribed treatment. So we started taking procedures on Monday. All the staff are very friendly and highly qualified! There were no language difficulties in communication. The rest, the treatment, and the food were wonderful, so our 12 days flew by in one breath. It should be noted that the hotel is conveniently located in the very center of the resort, therefore close to the colonnades with springs. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere, silence and relaxation, without fuss and crowd. And even the vacationers are very friendly! There are excellent excursions organized in Karlovy Vary on weekends. There was a nice bonus here too. We bought excursions from the Renata travel agency and when one of us was unable to go on the excursion, she was given a full refund. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and the portions were very large. So we weren’t hungry, quite the opposite. We were pleased with the delicious and varied fish. We enjoyed trout, eel, shark, carp, smoked salmon. Variety of cheeses, including Dorblu. There were fruits, vegetables, desserts, and juices. In general, we had the most pleasant impressions of our vacation and a lot of gratitude to everyone who created it for us!!! The coffee is disgusting. for lunch - salad, this is generally a separate issue. You just can't eat it. The toughest cabbage leaves that are usually thrown away are this chef’s lettuce leaves. soup - often just from a bouillon cube, with something incomprehensibly floating....
