I liked the thermal for the price. We chose it for a long time, probably read more than a hundred reviews. A lot of people relax there and everyone writes what and how. Of course, the subjectivity was confusing. I won’t lie, we went to Thermal with a certain wariness. Fortunately, the fears were not justified. Outwardly it looks modest, but inside everything is quite comfortable. I really liked swimming in the open one; it had a great view of Karlovy Vary. The procedures were done with high quality, the only thing was that the massage seemed frankly weak to me.

Impressions about the hotel are good. What I liked most was going for a swim in the outdoor pool. The treatment facilities are normal, there are many procedures, there are no queues, but the main thing is to come on time. If you don’t live on the upper floors, it’s a little inconvenient because the elevators are always busy and you can easily be late for procedures, and your legs don’t allow you to run up the stairs, otherwise the whole treatment will go down the drain. At the same time, diligent staff makes up for the inconvenience.

The hotel is not bad, but the procedures are essentially universal, like in all other hotels in Karlovy Vary. The staff works well, never during the entire stay has there been a situation where maids entered the room without permission when there was a do not disturb sign (which cannot be said about some other establishments in Karlovy Vary). The real gem of the hotel is the outdoor swimming pool.

The main advantage is the functionality of the sanatorium and the system for organizing the provision of medical services - everything is clear, without fuss, wonderful honey. staff. The only note is the operating hours of the pool and fitness room on the -2nd floor. You can’t get to the fitness center in the morning, since it’s from 13-00, and you can’t get into the spa area at 20-00. Moreover, the sauna is also turned off at 20-00. I really wanted to relax in the sauna in the evening, but alas!
