The biggest negative from the room. We understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations. and therefore the furniture is old, the windows are dirty. but you can hang the curtains at least clean. and not dirty and wrinkled. also for towels. give dirty or with rusty stripes. I even had to go to the reception. The hotel is 4* and you probably need to remove old curtains and towels from circulation if they cannot be washed or have become unusable. Also carpet: can it be washed? and they just vacuum it. and then white slippers with black soles.

About excursions: it’s very bad that the excursion to Prague, which is included in the payment for your stay, is held only on Thursday, when vacationers have a lot of medical procedures. For obvious reasons, they cannot be moved; it would be a pity to miss them, so the excursion is lost. The question arises: what kind of bonus is this if you can’t use it?! The willingness of the reception desk to accommodate requests and reschedule procedures for a more convenient time. It was very important for us to have a small but high-quality swimming pool and a jacuzzi with massage jets. I liked the steam room, sauna, and Kneipp path. Good food - lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, wonderful desserts in cups. Always a good breakfast. Good meat and chicken hot dishes for lunch and dinner. Fast and accurate service by waiters. The linen and robes are clean, but shabby. There is no curtain in the bathroom, it is inconvenient to take a shower - the floor inevitably becomes wet, and there are no rags. They never put in a new shower cap or cotton pads and sticks. There are always problems with liquid soap, but there is no bar soap at all. Bed linen was changed twice in 16 days, although it was supposed to be once every 4 days. Moreover, the second time they changed it two days before departure, which is not logical. They also didn’t put out bags of coffee and tea until you asked. In the dining room there is a strange saving on coffee (the machine is only available in the morning). Tea bags only in the morning. Always only water with citrus fruits or herbs and tasteless herbal tea, still strong for breakfast, and slop for lunch and dinner. At lunch, there is often a problem with fish, if there is any at all - they serve small trays, you don’t have time to take them, and it takes a long time to bring out new ones and not always (I only eat fish). A very poor choice of hot food at the end of lunch if you come late due to procedures (but this is understandable). A completely useless lobby bar. Nobody went there - it was expensive and uncomfortable. The pool could have been bigger. And its opening hours are preferably not from 13:00 to 20:00, but from 9:00 to 22:00, as at the Savoy Westend Hotel (where we were in 2017). This is one of the types of treatment, and we chose a hotel only with a swimming pool. In the evenings the city is empty, but the swimming pool is a source of health and entertainment. Of course, the absence of a thermal outdoor pool provided for during construction greatly reduces the level of the hotel. And lastly, it is advisable to limit your stay in the jacuzzi to 20-25 minutes. There are only two massage jets and sometimes those who like to chat sit there for a very long time, not giving others a chance. But overall everything is fine, thank you! The building of the sanatorium looks nondescript, but everything is very good inside: a large spacious restaurant, after reconstruction, of two halls (former Tulip and Rose restaurants), a convenient balneocenter with compact accommodation of procedures, wonderful staff. All procedures are strictly on time. Despite the large number of vacationers, there is no crowding anywhere. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The maids clean well. At the reception they work quickly, they try to help in different situations (my suitcase with things did not arrive due to a short connection between flights in Moscow. We called Prague airport, asked when it would be delivered and the next day the suitcase was there). There are quite a lot of Arabs in the sanatorium, but they behave very calmly and do not bother anyone. The restaurant has a large selection on the buffet. Cozy, comfortable, everything is delicious. An excellent balneological center with a large selection of treatments. The medical staff always warmly greets regular clients and works with a high level of professional skill. I have been to this sanatorium 9 times already. A lot has changed, but all for the better.Negatives
The outdoor pool has not been open for many years, and this is a kind of calling card of this sanatorium. The Sanatoriums website does not provide entirely reliable information when viewing Thermal rooms. In the "Superior" category rooms section, they actually show this category of room, but the presenter provides outdated information that this is a "Comfort Plus" room, the same thing is written at the beginning of the video. The video needs to be replaced. Indeed, just 2 years ago in the Thermal sanatorium there were rooms of the Comfort Plus category from the 3rd to the 9th floor. There were Superior rooms on the 7th floor. From the 10th to the 15th floor, rooms of the "Comfort" category.
