We really liked Hotel Thermal! Is centrally located. Very friendly staff. Everything at the highest level. There is 3 hours of access to the thermal baths every day. Medical care and spa treatments - very good! Restaurant excellent! We enjoyed the week's vacation! In the evening there were various events on the stage in front of the hotel. We could enjoy this from restaurant terrace after dinner.Negatives
We have to waste our vacation time on poor organization of sanatoriums where the trip has to be paid in cash on site. There was a long queue to wait at the sanatorium office at the address provided (LasnyIII). Where the employee could not give proper confirmation of the money being taken over. Very dubious matter... After long phone calls and discussions, we were able to transfer the payment to an account.Positives

Near the hotel they set up a disco with music that I heard for the first time in my life. I thought my eardrums would burst, the walls were shaking and I thought the glass would fly out of the window frames. I understand that young people need to have fun, but this place is not the best place for this. I really liked the Karlovy Vary Symphony Orchestra with its wonderful repertoire, this tradition in Karlovy Vary is excellent. I have already been to this sanatorium several times, everything was great, and now it has become even better, 21 days flew by like one. The best doctor in Karlovy Vary, Dagmara, chose very good treatment and cool procedures. I flew through Istanbul, was at the sanatorium already at 10 in the morning and They checked in immediately, they were very happy that the Russians came to see them again. The food was like in the best Michelin-starred restaurant, Mrs. Irina always greeted me like a native guest, she had such a wonderful smile. All procedures were thought out, no queues, no shouting, everything was on time and with a smile .The room was cleaned daily and efficiently, there were no comments. I visited the new swimming pool with mineral water every day, just fantastic, free of charge. I don’t know what will happen next, but I already want to return to this fairy tale.Negatives

The bad thing is that in your Hotel there is no meat, which is allowed to us Muslims. There are a lot of Muslims in your Hotel, and we would be pleased if you took this minus into account and, if possible, eliminate it.
