The room is good, the furniture on the 3rd floor would have been better (very low beds, a broken chair, sent for repairs, a problem with the door from the refrigerator, there were constantly unpleasant odors from the bathroom...we saved ourselves by filling the sink and bathtub with a little water! There was no shower, (there was a bathtub) where there was not enough partition, so using the shower was a problem because you would flood the bathroom! The return Transfer was also problematic, the car was very old, the driver did not turn off the engine, because he was afraid that the engine would not start, gases were going into the cabin!.. .One couple also has a dog!

There is no permanent place in the restaurant.. the signs are for clients with 3 meals a day.. and I’m looking for a place for breakfast and dinner.. remove the signs.. if people have already eaten and I will know. that the table is free. or turn the sign over where it will be stand sign ..table free with a picture of a ☺️ smiley face....

Staff in the restaurant are unfriendly, you are not greeted at all. Many Arab guests, I had the feeling that they had special conditions. I didn't like that. Unfair.

We evaluate the work of the staff when performing physical procedures well. The quality of food in the restaurant was also good. But what really surprised us was the lack of any opportunity to drink hot tea during lunch and dinner. (No coffee, no tea, nothing at all). There is always boiling water, but no tea. Question: Why then is boiling water provided for lunch and dinner? It was not clear at all. So it remained a mystery.Negatives
The quality of cleaning in the room was very poor. For example, the hair in the toilet room lay on the floor for the entire 13 days of stay without the slightest movement. We didn't have cleaning gel in the bathroom for 2 days. We washed only with water! Was it very difficult for the cleaning lady to notice? Isn't this her responsibility? Sanatoriums.com must explain to clients that a stay in the Wellness Center with a thermal pool for 3 hours can be used ONLY in one visit; it cannot be divided, for example, into 2 visits per day.

I would like the standard rooms to have a thicker mattress. It is very uncomfortable to sleep on a thin mattress. Had to ask for an extra mattress. The request was granted quickly. Next time we booked a superior room, just because of the mattress.

We weren’t greeted upon arrival! We didn’t provide assistance with accommodation (we dragged our suitcases ourselves) Stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes Initially, we were placed on the 3rd floor, where renovations were going on and it was impossible to breathe due to the smell of paint! The first sanatorium where gas injections are given to a minimum -even less than a doctor's prescription! The price doesn't quite match the quality. But Open pools cover all the negativity

Not the first time in Karlovy Vary, but the first time in Thermal. I liked everything very much. Clean comfortable rooms. A wonderful doctor. Quality treatment. Stunning view from the room with balcony! Delicious, high-quality food designed for a very international crowd. And of course the opportunity to visit the famous open-air thermal pool! A big plus is that there is an indoor pool in the Wellness Center. Thank you very much! We will definitely return to this hotel.Negatives
The renovation of the hotel created a slight disturbance, but we were understanding and hope that next time everything will be completed and the quality of the hotel will only improve. One elevator was given to construction workers and repairmen and sometimes they had to wait for a free elevator. Some days it smelled like paint. The main entrance to the hotel was closed.

Since we were traveling with 6 people, we wanted a table for 6 people at mealtimes. This was not possible despite repeated requests. Unfortunately the hotel has far too few parking spaces. About the travel provider: The employee who came to our hotel to collect the travel expenses (only cash payment possible, untypical these days) could neither speak a word of German nor English. Which we very much regretted. The tour guide who accompanied us to Prague didn't speak any German either. The German travelers received no information and were not welcomed. The Russians/Czechs present, however, received extensive information.

The abundance of guests from Saudi Arabia, noisy behavior, grabbing food from common plates with their hands, and so on. The staff instantly minimizes the inconvenience by cleaning, wiping, serving food, and so on. If guests talk loudly on the phone in the hospital (which is generally prohibited, but who cares) - then the staff politely asks to turn off the phone. Sometimes it helps. If all the delights of such behavior are too much for you at home, then choose another hotel. If it doesn’t irritate you, then you won’t find a better hotel than Thermal.
