With full board I expected that you would get at least one drink in the evening other than water. Juice for example. The staff wasn't always friendly during treatments, especially if you didn't immediately understand what was being asked of you because of the language barrier. Sausage quality at the breakfast buffet also left something to be desired for me.

This is the third time we have visited this sanatorium. Thermal sanatorium. This year we were from 01/27 to 02/03/24 in this wonderful place! I liked everything very much! The area is large, clean, well-groomed! The food is excellent! Special thanks to the chef. The staff is very attentive and polite! The hotel administrators were very polite. They always tried to help. We resolved all the issues. One day it was my wife’s birthday and she was very pleased to receive congratulations and a prize of coffee and cake from the hotel administration. The medical staff are polite, courteous and qualified. We also recommend choosing the Thermal Hotel because here we could visit the thermal bath and saunas for three hours every day. That's great!!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The reception staff did not fulfill their obligations. I lived in a room where the radiators in the bathroom were disconnected. I called and came to the reception for 3 days and could not get them to send a plumber. Only promises!!! I came for one week, and only towards the end of my stay was I able to wash myself in a warm bathroom.

At the reception you could be greeted and seen off with a smile, so much so that we interfere with work. Uzhen is very economical 😄 so to speak, although we paid a lot of money for 14 days for the same dessert The sauna does not follow generally accepted sauna rules. It wouldn't hurt to have someone in charge.

They promised a superior room with a double bed, but in the end it turned out to be one. I didn’t like that after December 29 they started charging 30 CZK per sheet to get into the saunas next to the thermal pool, although I had all inclusive.

Hassle-free online booking! On the way there from the front door in Bremen to the thermal hotel in Karlsbad everything went really well! Everything went perfectly in the hotel, without any deception, everything was very good, we are very satisfied, we can recommend it 100%!Negatives
But the return journey was catastrophic for us (74, 75 years old). It was an exhausting journey that was very unprofessionally organized. We were on the road for almost 12 hours, with 2 toilet breaks (one of which was made after the travelers had asked for several hours): the first stop was in East Germany, then a lady got off in Hameln and then we drove to the Dutch border to Meppen and only from there from across the Weser by ferry to Bremen. Unbelievable, we couldn't imagine such a long drive home! The driver should have learned how to behave properly with his customers, he didn't introduce himself, didn't tell us what the route would be, was rude, no attention was paid to toilet breaks at all. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend the return transfer.

I dreamed of staying at the Thermal Hotel for a long time and my dream came true! Swimming under the December sky in the outdoor pool was fabulous! And the thermal pool was so warm! The only negative is that some patients sat at the restaurant in outerwear (coats, hats) and also came up to eat in coats and hats. This is not in accordance with hygiene and culture. Request to the staff: do not allow outerwear into the restaurant, unless of course it depends on the staff.

At the reception desk, when going for procedures, there are very rude women. Rough. They don't really explain anything. This doesn't apply to everyone. Wooden beds for 4 stars are not comfortable due to the wood, it hurts to get up. Parhaus is very creepy. Everything flows. We had to park on the street next to the hotel. And we found a very great place. The only thing I really didn’t like was the snack they gave us on the excursion. Bread, butter, sour cream and pate are not tasty. Apple and juice. I don’t think they will eat this themselves. You can just have a piece of cheese and some sliced meat. Compared to other countries, I have not seen such a snack. Especially for Vollpension. We weren't at lunch or dinner. The next time I come to this hotel and go on an excursion, I will make my own snack in the dining room. These are all the little things in life for me, of course. Next time I will book this hotel again. Overall, we were very pleased. I advise everyone.

Not happy with the cleanliness. I travel a lot, but this is the first time I have experienced such room service. The first day I entered the room, it seemed like they had forgotten to clean up after the guest.
