A huge minus is the renovation work. Sometimes, noise, strong smell of paint. At first we lived on the fourth floor, but when the repairmen started making noise near our door, we were moved to the fifth floor; the smell of paint reached us there too. We booked from February 12 to February 26, but due to problems with air tickets, we checked in on February 13 and left on February 27. They did not provide a transfer from the airport, and when we asked to stay in our rooms for one day, they turned us away, saying that the rooms had already been booked. We asked for other rooms, but what they offered us was very expensive for us. They demanded 177 euros per night from us, they didn’t offer anything cheaper, although they could, as an exception, leave us for free. Regarding the food. We are Muslims , we don’t eat everything that others eat and this fact was not taken into account and we had to eat either fish or scrambled eggs. And also, the renovation in your Hotel provided some inconveniences, you could have made a commercial gesture and made a discount on the booking, like this business companies do. The transfer arrives on time, questions are always answered by email or WhatsApp. At my request, they organized a "packed ration" in the room, because... check-in was at night. We checked into the hotel without paying. The next day we paid at the sanatoriums office. I recommend. Hotel Termal lives up to its 4 stars. Excellent swimming pools and saunas, friendly staff, good food, convenient location. We visited during the low season, without queues for procedures, in the restaurant and jacuzzi.
