We rested in the sanatorium from December 14, 2019 to December 28, 2019. This is our second visit to this sanatorium. We were very pleased. Excellent food, procedures and location of the sanatorium. The staff is very friendly. All procedures were provided clearly, according to the time indicated on the card, which was very pleasing. We ordered a transfer airport-sanatorium-airport, no complaints, wonderful car, polite drivers, helped with luggage. Thank you very much for the professional organization of our holiday.

This is not our first time at the sanatorium; to be honest, we’ve lost count. Everything was great. It is very pleasant that the work of all employees is coordinated and efficient. Year after year it gets better and better. This time I would like to thank all the staff of the sanatorium for their professionalism and homely atmosphere in a large sanatorium. Especially the manager for organizing the work of employees. And now, first things first, the placement was quick, clear, everything was clearly explained that renovations were underway and the workers might make noise. During the week, this did not stop us from relaxing and gaining strength for the next working year. The appointment with doctor Oleksandr Reshetar was excellent, as always. Doctor from God. He explains everything very clearly, what is best for us, and always compares our analyzes with the previous visit. Tells us which procedures are best for us and why. Regarding drinking from springs, we also emphasized many new useful benefits from it. Honey. The staff at the hydropathic clinic are simply darling. They always ask about the water temperature, whether it’s suitable or not. Also, the staff in the treatment room for blood collection are pros. The nurse does this so skillfully that I walk with pleasure and without fear. I would especially like to mention the kitchen. Special thanks to the woman at the entrance to the restaurant. She is so hospitable that we felt as if we were at her home. She creates a homely atmosphere in the restaurant with her aura. The waiters also keep up with her, always friendly and cheerful. After all, on vacation we needed a much-needed break from our work lives. The food was excellent. Everything was fresh and home cooked. It’s very nice that you can mix salads from vegetables yourself. Different types of main dishes lead to dizziness, with different varieties (pork, beef, duck, chicken, lamb), we chose fish. Each time different types of fish were prepared. The dessert this time was simply a work of art. We thank everyone for our peace in your sanatorium. Let's hope until the next trip.Negatives

The jacuzzi in the Bossein did not work. In the Hamam, the temperature was systematically either very high that it was impossible to open your mouth, or very low. Only after contacting the staff was the temperature regulated and the lights turned on. The staff at the pool sat with their phones in their hands the entire time. The mattress was very hard, when I asked to change the mattress, they gave me a second blanket to put on the mattress, which did not bring any results. There were serious problems with the elevators, almost every day one or the other elevator did not work. The hotel was undergoing renovations, so it was noisy, but we knew it and were ready for it. Everything was very great! We came as a family with two small children, 4 and 2 years old. We stayed one week. I had to try how to go to procedures with small children! The head doctor made us an excellent plan for the procedures so that each of us could stay with the children. So don't worry, go with confidence. Take care of your health from a young age! We lived on the 14th floor overlooking the city. I think this place offers the best views of the city and surrounding area. This is exclusive. There are no such types in other sanatoriums. I have never tried such beef stew even from the Arabs. Thanks to the cook. But apparently it depends on the shift: sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s undercooked meat. Often the food was oversalted, especially salads and fish. And you generally rub some kind of sauerkraut. Only young stomachs can withstand this cabbage, and even then not everyone. And very expensive cafes all around. It's better to eat at the hotel. Just once we went to the restaurant opposite the hotel to drink beer. A small glass of beer, a bottle of non-alcoholic beer 0.33, a flatbread and 4 tiger shrimps (probably from last year) cost us 1000 crowns, which is about 3000 rubles!Positives
