Everything was great..except for cleaning the rooms...the dust is not wiped off at all...the floor in the toilet is not washed..I myself personally returned the Zimmermädchen to be cleaned again..but except for the dust in the room, the dust was not wiped off anywhere... then I took a towel myself and wiped off all the dust in the tub... and turn around, the towel was black... although we were only there for the third day... and we were always somewhere... it was the 4th floor.. room 405.. .but they willingly take tips...Very...very bad service on this floor...and not only in our room this happened during this period of stay. All was good. The location is super, the view from the window is just great. I really liked the indoor and outdoor pool and saunas. The food is varied, everything is delicious, vegetables, fruits, baked goods, everything is small and very tasty. The rooms are renovated, the linen is snow-white, the cleaning is normal, the balcony and of course the view from the window is simply extraordinary.Negatives

There is no draft in the underground car park. It was difficult to walk up the stairs to the hotel with my 81 year old mother and luggage. Even the underground car park looks terrible, it only has 2 floors for a large hotel, I was afraid to park my Mercedes there. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very friendly staff at the reception, attentive and helpful maids, the staff in the restaurant is beyond praise. The food (we had half board: breakfast + dinner) is probably the best in Karlovy Vary. Wonderful coffee and delicious, undiluted, as is the case in other hotels in Karlovy Vary, juices (we have something to compare with). We stayed in a Superior room on the 13th floor with a balcony and city view. This is GORGEOUS!!! The description of the room and photographs on the Sanatoriums.com website are completely accurate. We were pleased and impressed by the open-air thermal and mineral pools, especially in the evening - relaxing music sounds and fluffy snowflakes are slowly falling!!! A wonderful complex with saunas. Everything is renovated and clean. A towel and sheet are provided at the entrance. Thanks to all the staff of the Thermal sanatorium and the staff of Sanatoriums.com. By the way, we had many bookings through them - and never had any problems. Well done.Negatives

We rested in an excellent thermal sanatorium, we really liked everything, especially that you can stay in the wellness center with saunas and an outdoor pool until 23.00. I also wanted to especially thank the guide Valentina for an exciting excursion to Prague. The procedures can be adjusted, the watch is very comfortable. The payment options at Sanatoriums.com are completely out of date and are made with EXCLUSIVE cash payment entirely in Carlsbad in a kind of bicycle storage room at a kitchen table. The woman present there, who only spoke Russian, had no cash register, no computer, no internet connection, only a receipt pad without a header and no possibility of stamping and wanted to accept far more than EUR 1,000.00 in exchange for an illegible signature. I refused that. Then it was suddenly possible to pay against an invoice by bank transfer. Why not this offer now!? The whole fuss about cash payment has massively negatively overshadowed the otherwise very good impression of the offer, the hotel, the treatment and leisure options!!! We were very pleased with our stay at the T hermal sanatorium/spa hotel. I liked everything: the meeting and reception, the appointment with the head doctor, you felt like you were with a specialist who understood your health problems and treated them with care. We only stayed 7 nights, which we really regret. We would like to stay longer. But nevertheless, we were received everywhere, like family, during all procedures, in the restaurant, in the swimming pools. Thank you very much for your kind attitude and excellent service.
