We stayed at the RALAS hotel from 11/23-7/12, the hotel is good, corresponds to its 4* level, excellent service in the SPA. The medical staff is very friendly and responsible, delicious food, a beautiful restaurant, a large selection of dishes, very clean, spacious and cozy in the rooms - everything is fine, regarding the transfer - excellent - they were waiting for us upon arrival with a sign and we left on time for the airport. The tables were always occupied, it was necessary to disturb those already sitting at the table, and these are mostly elderly people.... Good nature. Fresh air. Nice hotel with a swimming pool. The staff is friendly with the exception of the doctor. The doctor takes 1 minute and does not agree on anything.Negatives
The doctor takes one minute. Doesn't agree on procedures. The doctor chooses the cheapest and most primitive procedures. And you have to pay to change procedures. If the procedures were consistent, it would be possible to pay extra for more effective procedures. So what should I pay for? The doctor initially prescribed 2 procedures for me - gymnastics in the pool. Germany is full of swimming pools with gymnastics. There is no point in going to the Czech Republic for this. And to cancel, pay. My husband and I have different diagnoses, but we were prescribed exactly the same treatment. You cannot change the procedure for free, even according to indications. I said that the warming up of my knees made me feel worse and asked for a replacement, they told me that it would only cost 150 CZK. Massage-stroking on the back. We rested in Marianske Lazne. At the Palace Zvon Hotel from June 23 to July 8, 2015. The room was booked in advance in March through the sanatorium website. com. For the first 2 days I couldn’t change my number because... The windows overlooked the renovation of a neighboring building: from 8 am to 7 pm it was impossible to be in the room because of the noise. The initial appointment with the doctor lasted no more than 5 minutes. The doctor didn’t even measure the pressure.. I really liked the location. The hotel is located in close proximity to the colonnades with springs. There is a forest literally across the road. The building was built at the beginning of the 19th century and has an appropriate atmosphere. The rooms and halls are decorated in Art Nouveau style.
