Negativity greeted us on the first day. A visit to the doctor, not only did he spend only 5 minutes on each patient, but he also stated that he did not want to communicate with us in Russian. Moreover, he told us about this in Russian. This is the first thing, then the lady at the information desk at the SPA, one might say, threw our procedure schedules at us without explaining anything, she simply said: “these are yours” and that’s all. Disgusting treatment of patients who paid them a lot of money. Then they changed our room instead of the classic one we had booked for a suite. It seemed like we should be happy, but no, we were not happy about it, it would have been better to have had a classic room, but with normal windows. The two-room suite had windows on the roof that could not be shaded, it was impossible not to open them, and of course it was not possible to look through them. For this purpose there were small windows; they were so small that they resembled a cell in a monastery. The bed linen in the room was never changed in 2 weeks. I would like to cancel one more thing; the stated jets in the pool never worked. Moreover, there were never employees there who could do this.Positives

The location is great. The breakfast and dinner buffets were fine. Everyone could find something suitable for themselves. The service staff in the restaurant are very young and friendly. The room is equipped with an electric kettle. We didn't book any treatments, so we can't comment on that.Negatives
We reserved a room category Diluxe. Unfortunately we were very disappointed. Very old furniture, old smelly carpet. The air in there was impossible. Since the hotel is dog-friendly, it's not exactly hygienic. We were lucky with the weather so we were able to spend most of our time outside. The bed linen wasn't even changed. A few words about the pool: it is a bit small for so many guests. The small tiles on the floor dissolve so that you keep stepping on a splashy edge. The pool walls were dirty and moldy in some places. That is not how it works. Overall we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel. In our opinion it should not be called a 4 star hotel. I'm glad I can write my opinion here. A big compliment to the hotel staff, from cleaning to receptionisten and restaurant workers and cooks. There are also a couple of complaints regarding the use of electric fragrances with pungent floral smells everywhere and even in the restaurant. After all, such smells are only used for toilet rooms. This cannot be done especially where people are eating. This is a 4 star hotel and such a violation is not acceptable. There is one more reason why I will not return to this hotel: the Spa.....the premises. It’s reminiscent of an old Soviet clinic, and it’s time for the pool and sauna to have a more modern setting. It looks like a pool in a nursing home. Old furniture, a bar that doesn’t function, it’s just terrible 😱 After all, the cost of procedures at the level of luxury hotels is all very expensive, so why can’t it be done so that the price and quality match. The “Classical Prague” tour, in my opinion, is not suitable for vacationers in Marianske Lazne. Since the excursion time is 4.5-5 hours and the road takes the same amount of time, it’s a shame to spend so much time on travel. We came to the Zvon Hotel for the first time last year. This year we stayed at the hotel from 02/20/23 to 02/25/23. On the day of arrival, we were greeted at the reception by two girls - Caroline and Camilla, who, it seemed, did not quite understand where they worked. If they meet guests, then these guests are not at all lucky. These two greeters (let's say - the "face of the hotel") will very much hide information about the hotel's services (at least - they didn't tell us much (which is very unpleasant). We checked into the room and my daughter and I developed a terrible allergy to dust . There was something terrible on the curtains. We had to go back down to the reception and after much persuasion they finally changed us to a room where there was less dust. The next day Natalya came (at the reception) and told us that we could get a Skipass from the hotel and discount on ski rental (which Caroline and Camilla carefully hid.) Natalya also helped us out a lot because when our daughter was lying all day with vomiting and diarrhea on the second day, she suggested a folk remedy for pain (of course we bought it at the pharmacy medicine). When the next day my daughter felt better, I myself fell ill. When on the fourth day my husband also became ill, we realized what was wrong!!! It so happened that in the pool water got into the stomach 🙈 and we, in turn, all The water may be being cleaned, but the naked eye can see that there is a layer of dirt on the sides... It’s a shame that I can’t post photos (if anyone is interested, I can send these photos). As for the rest, the beautiful marquise (as it is sung in the famous song) - everything is fine, everything is fine 😂 I would really like to say a kind word to the girls (waitresses) from the restaurant. Almost everyone speaks Russian (from Ukraine). Despite their difficult situation, they are very kind, smiling, and bring orders without delay. I would like to say a big thank you to Lyuba (and two other lovely girls-waitresses from Ukraine (unfortunately, I don’t know their names)). Everyone in the balneal room is also kind 😊.
