Excellent location of the hotel. Checked in quickly, without problems. Room with a view of the Colonnade. The doctor is competent. The medical facilities are good. Replacement of procedures without delay. I especially want to note the professionalism of the nurse doing gas injections, I have been going to sanatoriums in the Czech Republic for 13 years, this is the best, simply magical. The food is ordinary, we expected more from 4 stars. There is not even plain water for dinner, all drinks are paid for. There are not enough seats in the restaurant, you had to wait at the door, the restaurant hall is very cramped. The staff in the restaurant is a different story, I have never met so many unfriendly people in one place.Negatives

It is very unclear, given the overall high rating of the hotel, the attitude of individual employees, in particular those involved in cleaning. The Palas building on the first floor was cleaned by a girl who, even after comments about poor quality cleaning, did not react in any way. I think the manager needs to pay attention to the visual acuity and desire to work of this employee. For 10 days in room 107 there was never a change of linen, although the frequency of change was 4 days. Even after my statement on the 6th day of my stay at the reception and personal appeal to the maid, there was no result. The quality ratings already speak for themselves. Of course, there are better hotels, but they cost 2 or even more times more. As they say in German, das Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmt. There is always something to complain about, and there are many such dissatisfied people, they only carry negativity with them. If you came to get treatment, then have a positive attitude and be grateful, period! The complex of all procedures always helps my husband and I, this is not our first time there. Here chronic diseases are not treated, but preventive support is at a high level. The small, cozy city contributes to this. Many thanks to all the medical staff, they are very polite, diligent, and attentive. My husband and I enjoyed our vacation and treatment, everything was very good. We really liked the resort, the air was wonderful. We felt calm and inspired, and the people’s disposition was positive. Excellent location for the colonnade, 200 meters ideal for a walk before eating. A hotel for a calm, measured holiday. Mostly guests from Germany are of retirement age. Meals correspond to the cost of the trip. For us personally, there was a pleasant bonus from the company: instead of a one-room apartment in Palace, we were provided with a three-room apartment in Zvon for the entire duration of our stay. 1) A very pleasant location in Marianske Lazne and a good hotel. 2) A very nice, large and comfortable room, just as I wanted, consisting of two isolated rooms, with large windows and a balcony. 3) There are quite decent dishes to choose from for breakfast and dinner. The Ludwig restaurant cooks well, is cozy and clean. Thanks to the maids - they are always clean and change everything on time. The medical building is good, the staff is polite. The hotel is in a great location, on the main street, across the road there is a park, along which it is 5 minutes to the singing fountain and the main colonnade. Essentially it consists of two halves, the left wing is the Palace, the right is Zvon, we lived in Zvon, we really liked it, we took the deluxe, it was balcony, view of the park and the main street, in the room there is a robe, hairdryer, good shampoos with Dead Sea salts. The doctor prescribed a treatment program, the procedures were scheduled, very convenient, no queues, the treatment department and the rooms were very warm. I liked the new baths (very powerful) and gas injections. Breakfast and dinner are buffet, I didn’t get tired of it in two weeks, for lunch you choose from several dishes, mostly Czech cuisine. The only thing that really disappointed me was my trip to the beauty spa. I ordered Moroccan rose and facial treatment. I repeatedly asked if facial cleansing and everything else was included. As soon as I entered the office, where there was no lamp for cosmetic procedures, I realized that I had “flown by”. And so it happened. ten times they wiped their face with all sorts of ointments and did a little massage.
