The proposed procedures (3 per day) in practice are purely Drekovsky and do not give any effect; more serious procedures are disproportionately expensive. Breakfast is monotonous. At lunch they may bring you a burnt dish, and for dinner you are forced to buy low-quality drinks - beer, wine and coffee - at exorbitant prices. Everything in the room worked, it was lit, it was very warm, the cleaning was regular, they brought extra pillows and towels upon request. The treatment was prescribed as requested. I will share positive emotions! The hotel is located in a very good location, since I was on crutches, we moved without difficulty, there is a spring (forest) nearby, this is a neighboring hotel. Literally a stone's throw away is a colonnade with springs. The service staff is responsive and friendly! They do their job professionally, everything is well planned! The food is excellent, everything is delicious and beautifully presented! The procedures were taken with great pleasure, in the evening we went to the sauna and swimming pool. There are drawbacks - No slippers. 4 star hotel. Such a small thing. The robe is huge. The linen was changed once in two weeks and I prepared it myself for them to change. The towels were changed 2 times. I was going on an excursion and asked for rations because we went to Paris for 3 days and they didn’t explain what they weren’t doing. I don’t understand this. Wishes - I took part in a lecture at the Butterfly sanatorium about the features of spa treatment. When we checked in, we were surprised when we booked 2 double rooms, for some reason we were placed in one family room (the administrator was absent late in the evening and everyone was very tired from the long journey). The bathroom turned out to be not small, but just a tiny combined bathroom. a unit with the same tiny shower and sink. We were never provided with any compensation, referring to sanatorium.com, and they, in turn, to Zvon. The food leaves much to be desired. The dining room (pretending to be a restaurant) is constantly crowded. It’s impossible to find a free table if you don’t arrive at the very beginning of dinner. Maybe that’s why the waiters take away the dishes from under your nose with half-eaten dishes (you just turned away and there’s no salad, etc.) The restaurant administrator simply surprises with his rudeness. Dear guests, I remember your stay very well. Your husband got very large and spacious Family Apartment because of technical problem with rooms at first day of stay. After arrival of the rest of the family we offered you move to two double rooms, but you insisted to stay in Family Apartment. I personally acted with you. I am really don´t understand, why you ask for any compensation. We tried accommodating all your wishes. You had the best room in whole hotel for free, although it is more expensive than two doubles. - dishonest, frivolous. doctor’s attitude towards vacationers, appointment 2.3 min. doesn't read the form. which indicated health problems, I was prescribed a CO2 dry bath (bags), after the 2nd procedure the level of oxygen in the blood dropped, I began to choke, I attended a lecture by Pavel Knara, he said that I should not be prescribed such a procedure, because... I am an asthmatic, I have poor ventilation, poor CO2 outflow, and they added it to me, it could have ended in intensive care. I didn’t like that they use used paraffin for paraffin therapy. The waiters were not very friendly at the Zvon restaurant; the food could have been better, more varied, with more fruit. I liked almost everything (maybe I was just lucky?!). We got to the Palace. The hotel is very beautiful, a large room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the park and the colonnade, the interior of the room and the entire hotel, including the restaurant-dining room, is in the style of Louis 14. Just the view from the balcony is already healing. The location of the hotel is great. Everything is close and accessible. We were lucky with the weather. It rained only once and that was at night. At the reception there is a nice Russian-speaking girl - Natasha. Attentive, pleasant to talk to. You paid for your stay only upon check-out. Transfer in both directions is excellent. On time, accurately, good new cars. We are very pleased with the work of the Sanatoriums website and Vladislav personally. Everything was worked out and professionally. Always quick and clear answers, excellent transfer service. Thank you for your work! The undoubted advantage of the Palace Zvon hotel is its location - the Lesnoy, Krest, Rudolf and Carolina mineral springs, as well as the beautiful singing fountain, are within a 5-8 minute walk. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly, many speak several languages, which makes the stay easier for vacationers. Several times I witnessed how our compatriots, in a rather rude manner, spoke Russian quickly in principle and were offended that they were not understood - dear vacationers. You are in another country and the staff should not know our language at the native level, so behave with dignity. A single room has advantages, which I will write about here: the room itself is spacious, cleaning is done regularly. There is a minibar, but for those who like evening tea, to your chagrin, you will find that there is no kettle. The treatment base is very good, I am pleased with the variety of procedures and the clarity of the timing of their implementation. The doctor speaks Russian, which is convenient for vacationers who do not know English or Czech. Procedures are prescribed taking into account the patient’s condition, but your wishes can be implemented for an additional fee if the procedure is not included in your treatment tour. The big minus of your sanatorium is the restaurant. You accept sworn people, but the food does not correspond to this category. Juices are diluted with water. Why are there no pancakes and scrambled eggs? Boiled eggs are impossible to peel; they probably take an hour to cook. Why isn't there a big toaster? Why do older people need fried and fried sausage? I especially want to note the professionalism of the nurse doing gas injections, I have been going to sanatoriums in the Czech Republic for 13 years, this is the best, simply magical. The food is ordinary, we expected more from 4 stars. There is not even plain water for dinner, all drinks are paid for. There are not enough seats in the restaurant, you had to wait at the door, the restaurant hall is very cramped.
