I had to change it myself for others. They didn't even offer a massage. I changed it myself. They appointed a massage therapist who simply stroked for 10 minutes instead of the 20 allotted for the procedure. I had to change specialist again.

This is not the first time we have arrived in Marianske Lazne. We chose the Royal Hotel based on reviews and location in the forest. Everything turned out as expected. The hotel is small, cozy, clean everywhere. The treatment is dynamic, intense, in accordance with the prescribed instructions of the wonderful and attentive Doctor Magdalena. The medical staff during the procedures are always polite. The food is delicious and the orders are beautifully presented. You can order porridge and it will be delivered right away for breakfast. Salads and dietary I combined the food myself. Dinners - Buffet with a Chef (unfortunately we didn’t recognize the name) and a choice of grilled meats and fish deserve special thanks!! The desserts are great. Breakfasts are like at all of us at home, there is plenty of variety. Everything is fresh and natural, balanced for every taste. We always tried not to overeat. Thanks to Dasha for the excellent service at our table. Everywhere in the Hotel is clean and comfortable. The location was in the forest and on a hill, which allowed immediate access to stunning forest trails. As it should be for recovery - walk A LOT. This is also a component of healing, especially in such a forest! And the weekend excursions to Bovaria and Switzerland are amazing!!! And definitely ice cream from the Hot Love bar with raspberries - just wow! The rest and recovery were wonderful, as planned and programmed only for positivity and results. The doctor's examination is terrible! A guy in shorts and slippers, Doctor Rous, came running at 9 pm (the term was 8:30 pm on the day of arrival). The reception lasted 5 minutes. Not only did he not examine me, did not even measure my blood pressure, but he also did not look at the discharge from the house. doctor, pictures! Nothing! “What illnesses are you taking? You’ll get your appointment from your sister tomorrow morning.” That’s it! And this happened not only to me. Prescribed mud and cross source for high blood pressure! On your website, a doctor's examination is shown a little differently. In my opinion, the interiors are somewhat outdated: there are terrible dusty bouquets of artificial flowers everywhere and portraits and incomprehensible paintings hanging. It's kind of annoying.

The Royal Hotel has a wonderful location. Although it is located on a hill, in fact, the building is located in the forest - the air is simply exceptional. The area is well-groomed, there are many parking spaces, benches for rest.. The road from the hotel to the wonderful park in the center of the resort area, the colonnade - springs with mineral water - takes 5 - 7 minutes, the return takes longer because you have to climb the hill. The place is very quiet, there are no cars or noise, so you can sleep with the windows open and breathe in the aromas of the forest. The rooms are cleaned daily and bed linen is changed regularly. The bathrooms have hair dryers, as well as shampoos, soaps, shower caps and robes for treatments and the pool. From the hotel you can go for a walk along the forest road and reach the observation deck, which offers a wonderful view of Mirianske Lazne. We booked this hotel for the first time. It's so close to a forest that it's ideal for people who want peace and quiet. The staff was incredibly friendly to us. No matter which staff, everyone was very, very friendly and helpful. The room was great. Great view, very clean. Food was fantastic. The breakfast buffet is well stocked. Many options. There is also a very good selection to eat from the menu in the evening. We really enjoyed the treatments and the doctor's visit. Everything was great. But most importantly, the chief physician, Dr. Kozlovskaya, and her medical staff are doing miracles! Selection of individual treatment, gas injections, mineral water, baths, massages, swimming pool. Individual gymnastics and acupuncture are very productive. I highly recommend it for people with musculoskeletal problems. Delicious cuisine, there is a vegetarian menu. Very cozy building, good cleaning, spacious room with a balcony, everything meets expectations. We slept with the window open, the air was fresh and there were birds. Good food, tasty fish, decent selection of cheeses for breakfast. The procedures include very pleasant mineral and dry carbon dioxide baths, and inhalations with mineral water, which I need (the effect is obvious). The massage was not great, but it was. I went for a course of water, they prescribed Carolina, which has an excellent diuretic effect, which is what was required after lithotripsy.
