Didn't really like the food. Breakfast, although monotonous, is good, except for the porridge. But lunch and dinner (if not a buffet) are not at all dietary. It would be necessary to take into account the age of the main contingent of vacationers. There should be more dietary dishes: often both soups offered are cooked in a very strong meat broth, the second one is also mostly meat, the fish is not very good, and there are few vegetable dishes. This is not a negative, but older people should take into account: the sanatorium is located on a mountain, the climb to it is not easy. It would be nice to organize regular or on-demand transport from the city center. Now this opportunity is provided 2 times a day. But this is not enough and at a not very convenient time.

Wonderful hotel, quiet, uncrowded location, amazing view from the window. We like that the hotel is located on a hill, and not right next to the springs, and you need to walk to drink water. There is also a forest nearby for active walks. The procedures are performed efficiently, on time, without overlaps. If possible, we always try to reschedule the procedures for a convenient time. Very nice staff, friendly, attentive. The hotel is clean, cleaning is done every day, bed linen is changed frequently. I also liked the food, tasty, varied. There is an opinion that who has a predisposition to oncology, and the person may not know about it, then these injections can provoke. What kind of gas use. what kind of cleaning? The health worker performing these injections works without gloves, blood appears at the puncture sites, and she also performs another procedure here (wrapping up patients, filling bags with gas, etc.).

For me, it was rather a positive thing - the hotel is on a hill, I deliberately chose a higher hill so that I could walk more and spend more calories. I recommend walking to choose this hotel for anyone who loves active recreation; taking off up the hill three or four times a day is very tonic!

For people with mobility problems, it will be difficult to go up and down the hill to the springs, but you can walk along a longer road with less steep turns, past the Esplanade Hotel. Accommodation: upon arrival they asked for 100% payment for the room. Strange for a European hotel. Poor soundproofing of rooms. There is no kettle in the room. In the room you can hear everything that is being said in the hallway. Under the window, the car is unloaded every day at 6 am. Meals: monotonous breakfasts. Sliced cheese and sausage, cottage cheese and yogurt, sausages, eggs in different variations and porridge. And so every day. There is no fruit (except for a questionable fruit salad). Coffee and tea are strictly dosed. They are brought in small teapots directly to the table. Any additional requests from the restaurant staff cause mixed reactions. There are downright rude waiters. Very limited salad bar for lunch; stale salads are often on display.

The staff is very pompous and unprofessional, even the nurses are almost all not friendly and not careful: with gas injections, mud wraps, dry baths, the nurses had very sudden movements and were quite painful and unpleasant!!! The procedures are generally the same for everyone, since their list is much smaller than in the description on the website of this hotel. Despite the fact that the cost of treatment was included in the price of this tour, doctor Kozlovskaya, when I complained about my illness, billed me for the prescription. There is NO soundproofing at all. The impression was that the hotel was experiencing acute financial problems and was saving on everything, from food, treatment, etc... This was made clear by the lady who was constantly on duty at the reception desk, who boorishly, citing necessity, demanded that the full price be paid immediately upon arrival. stay. In fact, I have been to different spa hotels in Marianske Lazne and other cities of the Czech Republic many times, so there is something to compare with. Conclusion - price-quality discrepancy, as a result I do NOT recommend it.

Even with a fairly busy schedule of procedures, you can always choose half an hour to take a short walk through the beautiful area. On the other hand, the Colonnade with drinking springs is also within walking distance.
