This is not critical, but unpleasant, such situations have not arisen before when booking other hotels... Another sad thing is that water is paid for lunch and dinner, I don’t mind paying 15 CZK for 0.5 water, but first you need to wait for the waiter, order water for him, then wait until they bring it, and with children this is not always easy, unfortunately, just as there is not always time for this between procedures. We were not ready for this, tea, coffee, juices, wine, beer - that’s understandable, but the water surprised us. The food is quite monotonous, there is nothing to feed small children (up to 2-3 years old), porridge at breakfast is only made to order, we tried it once, waited 15 minutes for the oatmeal, during which time the child was exhausted and ate too many muffins, so for breakfast either eggs (omelet or fried eggs ) or cottage cheese-yogurt, with a wonderful selection of cheeses, hams, pates. The baked goods are delicious, but the same type - cupcakes in different versions. They try to diversify lunches and dinners, but from the menu it’s difficult to guess what you’ll get and how much you’ll want it in a day or two, since it’s suggested to order in advance several days in advance. The occasional buffet for dinner makes up for this a little. The same salads get completely boring after 2 weeks. The soups are delicious, they are available for lunch and dinner (the same ones throughout the day). The cleaning of the rooms was a little surprising - provided that there were reminders on the walls of the bathroom that towels were changed, if they were left on the floor (calling for our responsibility), they magically returned to the hook regardless of the degree of soiling (children are children, so this was clearly noticeable for us), they change it clearly on certain days, in 2 weeks they changed it 3 times, as did the bed linen, the towels for the pool were not changed, but we didn’t go there often, so it’s not scary. There is no wet cleaning in principle, since the entire room, except the bathroom, is carpeted, as a result there is constant dust on all shelves and cabinets, which, as usual, is not wiped off by the maids, so if you react to dust, you will have to get rid of it yourself, but this is general disease of most hotels.

And of course, it is necessary to maintain silence after 9 pm and before 9 am. People of completely different ages come to the hotel, and some need to go to bed early, while others need to sleep longer. This condition is completely easy to comply with, since the hotel has a bar until 11 pm, there is a beautiful veranda overlooking the city, where you can sit as much as you like, laugh, chat, sing - and this will not bother anyone, since all the rooms are located far from the bar .
