We had a pleasant conversation at the reception, then immediately got a nice, comfortable, clean room - which I was undoubtedly happy about. The service staff is excellent, no complaints. The hotel is located near the colonnade. The hotel may be on the mountain, but right next to the forest. The food was generally ok, except that the choice for breakfast was poor.Negatives

Everything's OK!!!! I really liked the service from the doctors.. The restaurant staff are very, very polite! The food is varied for every taste, the choice is at the request of the client! A nice, large room, with a balcony and a very nice view of the city, a modern bathroom, everything was very clean. Very friendly staff and very friendly and helpful director, very good organization. The buffet was rich and delicious. A clean swimming pool with a nice view of the (snowy) trees growing around. Despite Corona, a concert even took place in the restaurant one evening. Anyone who wanted to could dance. I spent every afternoon/evening with a book and a cappuccino or glass of wine/champagne in the cafe, which is very nicely and comfortably furnished. The visit to the doctor with Doctor Kozlovska left a very negative impression on me. I almost didn't get a word in edgewise. When I mentioned my back problems, she said that I was standing incorrectly and that my muscles were shortened. When asked which muscles were meant (perhaps I could improve it with appropriate stretching exercises) and why I wasn't prescribed a single massage, she opened the door and said: "Everything is shortened. You're only there for a week, "What do you want? (Free) massages are fully booked, you're welcome to buy some. I don't have time." When I picked up my treatment plan after dinner, there was a Czech couple with the nurse who also picked up plans and had been prescribed massages, although these couples were only there for 7 days and I for 8 days and were also being treated by Ms. Kozlovska. In response to my complaint, the (very friendly) nurse offered to take me to the other doctor, Dr., the next morning. Ullrich to go. But I "slept on it" for one night and decided not to go to him and not to get upset. After all, I was there to relax and unwind and couldn't let myself get upset about it.
