The hotel is very nice, not too big, just as nice as we imagined. The service is excellent. We were very surprised because of the New Year's Eve celebration. There was very nice music and the buffet almost blew us away. We would recommend New Year's Eve celebrations to everyone who likes a good atmosphere and good music. The only disadvantage is the location: for people who are difficult to walk but really want to go to the colonnade, it will be difficult to walk down every day, you will get really sore muscles. This year there was one drawback. We started repairs and it was very noisy (the jackhammer worked for two days). This had a very negative impact on my health. Vacationers must be warned about the start of repairs before their arrival. Then you can postpone your vacation a week earlier. The food is very poorly organized: when the restaurant opened, there was a crowd at the counters (buffet, hot 2-3 times a week on the menu), and an hour later there was a problem with eating. On the 15th we arrived at 18:40: first, the cold appetizers and salads were gone. The second was on the menu; at our request, instead of salad, they brought one sandwich for two. There are very few vegetables and this is in season. Cold snacks: mainly cheese, brawn and sandwiches. The parents really liked the hotel and the treatment. We rested at the beginning of October and were extremely pleased. The medical base is large, a huge plus is that the doctor is constantly in the hotel, and not coming/leaving as in others. We met a woman there who had already vacationed in Marianske Lazne 12 times (!) and she liked this hotel the most. The time procedures were very well thought out; they mostly took place in the first half of the day. If necessary, the time could be changed. The pool was nice and was almost always empty; there were only a couple of people watching besides them. The food is top notch. We were specifically asked to thank the cook. There is a good buffet for breakfast, and soups for lunch every day. Dinners are a la carte, but everything is very tasty and the presentation is very beautiful. 2 times a week for dinner buffet. The staff is responsive and attentive. They especially liked the girl from Ukraine Masha, who most often served them in the restaurant. sanatoriums.com - well done! The procedures are all done in the first half of the day, which is convenient. A good time interval for food. The doctor, Mrs. Kozlovskaya, was very attentive! A wonderful hotel in its price category! There is practically no negativity. (The only thing: the massage was too light; usually I received a more intense procedure.) The room was cleaned thoroughly and daily. I even asked the maid not to clean sometimes. Linen was changed every 3-4 days. The waiters even remembered my taste preferences: what I drink in the morning, at lunch, in the evening. Everyone smiled and always thanked me in response to my gratitude. Thank you!
