Either this was a compliment from the sanatorium to regular customers, or the culprit was a small renovation to update some rooms that was carried out in Royal at that time. Over the time since our last visit, the sanatorium has changed for the better, the medical staff has become more attentive, the gym has been updated, some of the nurses and waiters have changed, and the offer of fruits at dinner has become more varied. It’s a pity that nurse Maria, a true professional in her field, is not working in the baths now. The unprofessional work of some waiters is sometimes just borderline... If six months ago the loud laughter of some waiters could only be heard in the kitchen, now it has become possible to do this in the restaurant hall. Several times at dinner they brought barely warm water for tea in a teapot; the amount of water in it would have been enough for a small cup of coffee. The doctor prescribes procedures at his own discretion, without taking into account information about intolerance to some. The motion sensor for the light in the 2nd floor corridor was repaired only after a week of staying at the hotel, despite requests (several calls to the reception).
