On the second floor at the same time, 3 baths are heated, 3 times larger in size, but up to 5 people wash in them. The head of the marketing department suggested that during this time, residents of suites and junior suites (out of a total of 20) should be allowed to visit the second floor bathhouses if they wish, in order to relieve the situation. The answer was harsh - this is a paid service. Мы не можем указывать гостям санатория посещать сауну в конкретное время, но всегда подсказываем, когда меньшая загруженность. Вы также могли приходить в сауну в период между 16.00 и 18.00 и спокойно отдыхать. Также наш менеджер говорил Вам, что сауны на втором этаже действительно платные, именно поэтому там меньшее количество людей и платить за них может любой отдыхающий санатория. Kinesitherapist classes in the physical therapy room began to be held formally, taking us back to the times when physical therapy was carried out just for show. The doctor does not indicate what patients with problems (in the lower back, neck, hips or knees) should pay attention to when performing exercises, what is important when performing each exercise and what mistakes should not be made, how to breathe, etc. Or maybe she doesn’t know it herself? We have something to compare with - a few years ago the situation in the sanatorium was different: these classes were organized professionally, with comments on the exercises, the doctor paid individual attention to people, telling them how to do the exercises correctly, and therefore the classes gave not only a positive effect physically and well-being, but also improved mood.

I am sure that after some time the Druskininkai resort, this “pearl of the Lithuanian crown,” will become a favorite vacation spot for a huge number of people from different countries. This small cozy town has an amazing ski slope and a unique water park!!!! Yes, even without leaving the territory of the Belarus sanatorium, in a luxurious hydropathic clinic with baths, a jacuzzi and a huge swimming pool, you will get maximum pleasure! Anyone who comes here will certainly appreciate such different opportunities for recreation (active and “for others”), treatment, contemplation of the beauty of nature and simply good human communication! In the "luxury" and "junior suite" rooms the windows were not adjusted, it was blowing - we had to put blankets on the window sills. And at the bottom of the balcony door they put a blanket - and the kefir that was between the blanket and the door froze. However, this was not observed in standard rooms. Report it to the management of the sanatorium - it’s not difficult to adjust, and coat the small gaps between the window sill and the frame with silicone.

And the administrator at the spa is generally... “The boss above the desk” It’s funny. I don’t understand why the management of the sanatorium doesn’t hold a conversation, etc. with your employees? After all, there are so many negative reviews on the Internet precisely because of the administrators. Be prepared that if you wake up a little later, but come to breakfast on time!, you will only see leftover food on the serving trays (I am not exaggerating). And to the question: “Why aren’t they replenished?” I was rudely told that I needed to come earlier. Absurd. We always arrived on time, but not at the very beginning of breakfast. Then the nutritionist tried in every possible way to make up for this oversight. And subsequently there was something to eat at breakfast.

However, at the same time, classes are held there either for children's groups from surrounding schools, or for water aerobics; part of the pool (massage jets and swimming paths) is inaccessible to vacationers. The breakfasts are quite varied and tasty, which cannot be said about the custom-made dishes for lunch and dinner, especially soups. You have to manage to ruin the food like that.

Excellent food, buffet breakfast, attentive and friendly staff. I really liked the pool with many health-improving "things". Good working free Wi-Fi. The entire first half of the day is occupied by prescribed medical procedures. The massage is especially good. It’s nice that in the evenings, after 22:00, when entering the building, there is no noticeable control. Daily cleaning of the room and replacement of towels, change of bed linen every three days, the staff is very friendly and polite. Absolutely everyone communicates with you freely and willingly in Russian. When checking out, there is no, let alone picky, but no control over the status of the room at all, everything is based on trust in the client, he just went out and left the key at the reception desk. I was lucky that I was placed in the 2nd building, because... it includes or is connected by covered walkways to a swimming pool, treatment rooms, a dining room and a cafe. But those who are housed in the 1st building, although not far away, in case of rain or in the cold season, have to use additional clothing, heavier shoes and umbrellas, which of course increases some inconvenience for visiting the above mentioned institutions.
