We vacationed with our daughter (15 years old) from 08/22/16 to 08/29/16. I liked everything very much. A magnificent, cozy town, surrounded by greenery. Very welcoming and friendly staff of the resort. Dietary meals: buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner - choose dishes from the proposed menu. Every day there were fruits for breakfast: bananas, or oranges, or peaches, etc. The food was delicious, only the portions of main courses and side dishes for lunch and dinner were somewhat small (not enough for a teenager). The price of the tour included 35 medical procedures, 1 doctor’s examination and a drinking course. My daughter and I did not have any specific diagnoses; rather, we went for preventive purposes. Every day we had the following procedures: therapeutic baths (various), magnetic therapy, massage or aquamassage, mud treatments (various), exercise therapy or gym, herbal medicine, audiovisual relaxation. All treatment procedures are prescribed by the doctor at the first examination, depending on the diagnosis. Therefore, before going to the sanatorium, I advise you to make a list of your ailments that you want to treat, and even better, get examined by doctors of the appropriate profile, take tests, ECG, etc. The procedures took place until 15.00, and at 16.00 we went to the pool with our daughter. Swimming in the pool for 60 minutes (you can use the jacuzzi and 2 steam rooms at the same time, everything is included in the price of the tour). We only had free time after dinner. Therefore, for those who like to spend their holidays in a horizontal position, sanatoriums are contraindicated (they have to run around a lot for various procedures, at different times and sometimes to different buildings of the sanatorium). There are two supermarkets in the town, Iki and Maxima, where you can buy all the essentials (both within walking distance). Shopping lovers will have nothing to do in the town (the choice is very small and the prices are steep). Entertainment: a water park, singing fountains, cable cars, bicycle rental, etc., and magnificent nature (we were lucky the weather was good).Negatives

Most procedures are for an additional fee! Of the 12 required massages, 3 were not delivered. If mud is contraindicated, they are not replaced with other procedures, but you simply won’t get it! Towels are changed every 5 days! You need to take it with you to the baths and pool! With paraffin, you will receive a sheet and a bag. And all your days you will lie on this filthy sheet. And with electromud treatment, in addition to the sheet, they give you two more squares of medical oilcloth, which will also be yours for the entire duration of treatment. Nothing disposable, saving on everything! A scoop is a scoop, it doesn’t even smell like Europe!

The food is chosen in a unique way. Tea is served with either jam or a piece of butter. It's not possible at the same time. Once there were eggplants for the main course: as meat and a side dish. Sometimes the menu also included eggplants, which turned out to be just zucchini) The buffet is original in that at the end there is a woman serving, who needs to be told what you want to take, and she puts the order on your plate. Apparently, this is a semi-buffet)) Conclusion: the food system is built like in an ordinary Belarusian sanatorium.

The renovation on the 10th floor was done in bad faith, the whole thing is a blunder. I don’t think it’s appropriate to install bathtubs in rooms where the musculoskeletal profile of the sanatorium is much more convenient than a shower. I would highly recommend that the management of the sanatorium pay attention to customer service at the reception desk in the pool, is it really so difficult to install a number system so that people sit and wait for their number to light up, and not crowd around the counter, creating inconvenience for themselves, and especially for the receptionist. Well, otherwise everything is fine, thank you for the treatment and rest. I would like attention to be paid to the above problems , next year we hope to visit you for the 4th time.

Clean room, thoroughly cleaned, towels changed every day (I lived alone in a double room, so they changed two sets of towels for me - with the abundance of water procedures, one would not have been enough for me). The food is plentiful and varied. Cottage cheese, salads and signature cutlets are especially good. Wi-Fi works great (even in my room on the 9th floor). Close to the city center (even though the town is small, it is pleasant to walk around and the walk around the lake is pure pleasure). Behind the sanatorium to the Neman there is a pine forest, my window from my room looked out onto it, the view is beautiful.Negatives
Perhaps there is no particular negative, but I will note the extreme workload of the doctors, which is why even the first examination is superficial (in my case there was practically none: they measured my blood pressure and looked at the documents I brought - tomography, ultrasound and blood tests). But at the same time, the doctor was attentive to my complaints about fluid retention after the first days of drinking water, changed the water and adjusted the set of procedures. The old medical building requires renovation (the contrast is especially striking compared to the modern swimming pool building). The coffee and cocoa at breakfast are terrible, but you can get excellent coffee from the local cafe, which also has a coffee machine on the ground floor of the 10-story building. True, I mostly made my own coffee - I had an electric kettle in my room.

Cars are parked even at the exit of the sanatorium, which is a gross violation. The food from the times of the USSR was also not impressive. The sad faces of the service staff in the dining room evoked sadness. Upon leaving the mud bath, I was told to wash and dress in 4 minutes! I understand that the service staff is also not made of iron, but the schedule of procedures is clearly lame in drawing it up! I have to get up early for work, since my working day starts at 6.00 in the morning.. And I still have to get to work)) I arrive at the sanatorium and.. the first procedure is at 8.10! They didn’t even ask me if it was convenient for me! During the paraffin procedure, I was asked to arrive earlier than my designated time, which did not fit into my plans. I missed the last two procedures for this very reason! The aqua massage was carried out without a preliminary survey, and what pressure would I like to receive? I received it well, my shoulder hurt all the way back))) Conclusions were drawn and I was also taught by pensioners from Israel HOW to get everything you need from you and not be disappointed.. Yes, a doctor’s appointment for two people suffering treatment in a sanatorium does not take 10-15 minutes will identify all the problems..And on June 27 you did not have a large influx of clients, so the doctor’s appointment time could also be adjusted. The indicated number of procedures in the package needs to be clarified.. That a couple of procedures in 7 days are these 35, so to speak, procedures..
