We rested and received treatment from 04/22/2018 to 04/29/2018. I liked everything very much! We stayed in an economy double room in building Egle 2. Standard room: everything is very comfortable, clean, tidy, everything you need is present. High level staff. They did their job very professionally. Polite, everyone speaks Russian. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed as needed, if you leave a towel on the floor, they will change it. By the way, there is potable water in the tap. There were five procedures a day. The food was very high quality and varied. Every day fruit. We had a five-plus holiday. We recommend this resort to everyone.

The appointed time for each procedure is strictly observed, there are no queues, and no time is wasted waiting. Delicious, reminiscent of homemade food. Friendly, always ready to help, friendly staff, including absolutely everything - from the cleaning lady to the doctor. The sanatorium is located right on the edge of a pine forest, next to the lake - it’s always nice to take a walk.. Timely, comfortable transfer from airport to sanatorium and back.

Unfortunately, it was not possible to get a consultation with a nutritionist, even “for money.” Kinesiological taping also failed to be done - the specialist was on vacation, although I later found out that such a specialist worked in Žilvinas 1. Why couldn’t this procedure be done there? I was ready to pay for all the additional procedures.

Although they could be placed at the entrance to the pool, both on the male and female sides. A passage is being built between the hospital and the Egle1 buildings, this will allow you to go to procedures without wearing street shoes, otherwise your feet will burn in boots, especially if you have to stay in the hospital premises for a long time.Negatives
We were placed in building Egle 1C. The room was cool, but during the day it was not particularly noticeable. However, at night the movement of cold air was very noticeable. The curtain from the cold air that came from the window hung at an angle. She asked me to be moved to another room. In the next room the situation was a little better, but I had to sleep in a sweater. The radiator was turned on to maximum, but it was clearly not enough to create a warm air curtain for the wall-to-wall window. In addition, part of the radiator is located under the table, which reduces its efficiency. As before, a visit to the doctor does not allow you to thoughtfully draw up a treatment program. I had to come back several times to purchase additional procedures or cancel those prescribed. The hospital didn’t like the fact that the ceiling along the windows was covered with fungus. This does not contribute to health in any way. It is clear that it is very difficult to fight it in conditions of constant humidity. During the last “mineral bath” procedure, I was faced with the fact that the supply air was at such a temperature that it seemed as if it was being taken from the street. I had to support my back with my hands so that the icy air had time to warm up before it gurgled to my body. Half of the procedure was fighting the icy air. Although the nurse added hot water several times, I’ll be honest, I didn’t enjoy it. The quality of procedures depends directly on the staff. One procedure with therapeutic mud was excellent; it warmed up all the joints, because there was enough mud. On the second it was barely enough to get dirty, so there was no talk of any warming up, the dirt slid down the sides and it was not comfortable. This is the second year I have had no luck with underwater massage; the nurse doesn’t get into me. I would like more intensive treatment of the body, especially the arms and abdomen. This is a final quibble, as the overall impression is good. The staff is responsive and attentive, for which we thank them very much!

There is one minus. The inconvenience is that you have to move from building to building, since the hospital, dining room and residential buildings are located in different buildings. This is especially inconvenient in winter. But I see that connecting tunnels are being built in the sanatorium. This means that this inconvenience will soon be eliminated.
