Tired of eating. There is food every 2 hours, you simply don’t have time to digest everything, and at night you go hungry. It would be better to take breaks of 3-4 hours, and finish dinner at 9, not at 7.30. I also didn’t like that everything is messed up in the morning, breakfast is from 7.30 to 9.30, but at the same time from 7-9 there is a daily swimming pool and some procedures start at 8.00, in the end you have to sacrifice either the pool or the procedures because you really want to eat in the morning and you can’t miss breakfast. There was also a weak examination by the doctor, who tried so hard to send us away that they didn’t have time to tell us about some health problems. And the downside is that everything there is either in Lithuanian or Russian, and sometimes there is no Russian, but only Lithuanian, even if English had already been written, otherwise it was generally unclear what was written. And by the way, the price tag for procedures is only in Lithuanian...

On the page where we ordered it was written that all the staff spoke Russian and English, BUT no one had this language (English). We are from Sweden and my Swedish boyfriend couldn’t go anywhere without me. The staff showed no respect or understanding. Also, unfortunately, we were given very little information. I always had to squeeze it out and run around to find out everything myself. I understand that you have a large number of people, BUT this is not a hindrance for the staff to give you a second and interest since we paid quite a lot of money for this week of stay. Your doctor, anyone could have sat in her place, she was the most narcissistic woman, although she is there to help us. On the last day we were not given lunch and no one told us about it, they just sent us to the reception to pay. They sent me somewhere again. This ruined the whole impression, for just 15 euros, although we left 800 euros in the sanatorium in addition to the trip. We are very happy with everything, BUT there is something to work on! It was our first time at the sanatorium as a family, 7 nights 8 days. The obvious advantages are that there are many procedures and you can select the necessary ones that will help improve your health. Healthy, nutritious food that you don’t have time to get bored with - there are many dishes, there is always something to choose from. Comfortable beds and light blankets, comfortable climate in the room. The staff is responsive and friendly, there was no negative attitude towards the Russians, who were intimidated when leaving for the sanatorium. You can purchase additional procedures you like, which is what we did.Negatives
The main disappointment was that we went on the recommendation of friends for specific procedures, including a vertical traction bath, when the attachment is on the neck. My wife (Lyudmila Chernova) told the doctor about this at her first appointment, and she replied “yes, of course.” And then, when their daughter (Sebrovskaya Nadezhda) was registered, the wife also went to the doctor and asked for a vertical bathtub with a neck hood for her daughter. The doctor answered “ok.” But in fact, as it turned out, none of us were prescribed this, it was a lumbar stretch. We don’t understand the Lithuanian language, and that it says “lower back" - we found out on the last day, when we realized that we were leaving, and nothing would happen. It should be noted that we have no medical contraindications for this procedure - everything is possible. It was our first time at the sanatorium, and we had five vertical baths. It so happened that in our group during the classes everyone was only stretching the lower back and we did not suspect anything. My wife thought that first we needed to prepare the body, and that in subsequent classes or on the last day we will be given exactly this procedure for which we went to Egle - vertical stretching in the pool by the neck. And suddenly, on the last day in the pool, the trainer gave two other visitors a device for the neck. We asked, but we were told - you are not allowed . And only then, on the day of departure, we learned that our requests were ignored twice and nothing was explained to us. Of course, everyone was very upset. And there are also subtleties that are not difficult to do, as my wife, a well-known PR-manager in the Kaliningrad region, said, but which greatly degrade the image of the sanatorium. For example: in the showers in each stall, in addition to hooks, stands for shampoos and soap are needed, since it is inconvenient if there is no package. When leaving the locker room in the pool complex, you definitely need a mirror so that you can see yourself in a swimsuit in full length - it’s simply surprising that this is not there. You can spend money and set timers for using water in the shower - this will save water while soaping and will be more convenient. When booking for the first time, if you have not been to the sanatorium, it is difficult to understand the difference between Egle and Egle+ - if you knew, it would be better to book in Egle+, but it turns out that you cannot pay extra and rebook. It is advisable to indicate this difference on the website more clearly for first-time visitors.

Along with the sensitive attitude of the medical staff during the procedures, there was a case when a young girl at the hydromassage served indifferently: without saying a word, without explaining anything, or asking about my condition. It’s good that this was not my first procedure and I knew how to behave. I really didn’t like it and changed my time with another masseuse. The windows of my room overlooked the building where the discos were held. Music boomed until late at night. 2. Sometimes, the quality of the food preparation was not very good: cold watery rice as a side dish, burnt corn milk porridge, over-salted mashed potatoes with large lumps, stale (beginning to sour) buckwheat, low-quality fish (I got mild poisoning). 3. Three days before departure, I learned from the masseuse that in order to work through my back problems, a 15-minute massage, which is included in the paid treatment, is not enough. 10 sessions of 30 minutes are required. The sanatorium has the opportunity to combine a prescribed massage for 15 minutes with a second massage, which will be 30 minutes, and also purchase the remaining massage procedures, but such information was not conveyed to me by the doctor on the day of arrival. I missed the opportunity to do a full massage course.
