I had a good doctor, a man from room 105. 2 building, thank you very much. Most of the medical staff and service personnel are very attentive and helpful, and speak Russian well. I really like dietary food: it’s varied and tasty, although you eat more than you need. Thanks to taking mineral water and well-planned procedures, I didn’t get fat, I even got slimmer. The territory of the sanatorium is well-groomed, the pine air is healing. Additionally, I would like to thank the workers of the mud baths and underwater massage.Negatives
I didn’t like that a couple of times I was forced into short baths that were not suitable for my height (176 cm tall), although I always arrived 20 minutes early for the procedure, and then they ran around and asked ten times: “Is everything okay?” And one more thing I didn’t like was when I arrived for a vertical bath in the pool 6 minutes later, instead of 7 in the morning, they didn’t let me in. Instead of 8 people, 3 people were in the pool. Who would I bother? Did I punish myself by cutting my workout time by 6 minutes? I understand if I was late for the mud or whirlpool bath, but then who did I disrupt the healing process? But the blonde with white curls was as impregnable as a fortress.

I arrived with heart arrhythmia and wanted to receive treatment according to this. But there was no cardiologist and I received the usual procedures and black mud applications did not suit me. I think that the treatment should have been prescribed after consulting a cardiologist. Before I booked a trip to your sanatorium, I called and found out if there was a cardiology referral. You confirmed that yes. But alas, I did not receive such treatment.

Reservation and check-out of your room remains the same as in Soviet times - 12:00. The fact is that I arrived on a special flight on the EUROLAINS bus from Riga to Egle at 15:00, but the room was booked from 12:00. In turn, when I leave, I also have to hand over my number at 12:00, but the Egle - Riga bus does not arrive earlier than 16:00. I was forced to wait 4 hours for the bus while sitting on the street. In my opinion, it would be much better, as is customary in other European countries, to “shift” this period of time. That is, if, for example, I checked in at 16:00 on the first day, I can stay until 16:00 on the last day. I hope that I expressed my thoughts clearly. If something is unclear, write. In any case, your sanatorium is very good

I lived in building Egle 2, there was a lot of dust in the rooms due to the carpeting. It is advisable to replace it with laminate or other similar material. What was surprising was the renovation of the excellent quality floor in the medical building. According to my observations, the repair consisted of laying a second layer of tiles on top of the existing floor (at least in the lobby of the medical building). The computer program for providing procedures requires improvement, because... Often the intervals between procedures were about 20 minutes.

If my review is read by representatives of the administration, then as a wish, I would like you to consider moving hair dryers from the locker room in the pool to a separate room. The food is excellent, cleanliness, order, attentive and responsive staff!
