We rested at the Egle sanatorium from December 31, 2016 to January 8, 2017 with two children in a family suite. I liked everything very much! Nice 2-room suite, with a balcony, 2 TVs and dishes. The food at the resort is very good and tasty! Three times a day buffet. The procedures are all excellent, the staff all speak Russian. There is a children's club with Russian-speaking teachers, it is very convenient (children can be left there while adults undergo procedures). There is entertainment in the evenings! The complex of swimming pools and saunas is also very good!! The only negative (if you are vacationing in winter) is that all the buildings (food and treatment) are located in different places (not far from each other) and you need to walk across the street. The nature around is beautiful, gorgeous forest! We recommend! We will definitely come again!

The wait between procedures is 40-50 minutes, which you don’t know where to spend. You can't go to your room, there's no cafe. You have to sit in a draft and wait for the next procedure. As a result, you spend the whole day waiting for procedures, and the child is on his own in the nursery. Next time we won't come to you.

The food requires a separate story - everything was great, just great. The transfer from Vilnius airport and back was very well organized. The only concern for those Kaliningrad residents who travel by car is the 300 km road and crossing the border. On January 2, my wife and I stood at the Chernyshevskoye-Kibartai checkpoint for approx. 7 hours, Don’t really trust Internet cameras of queues at the borders. Everything can change within one hour. You need to leave home either in the evening or no later than 5 am in order to have time for the morning consultation with the doctor prescribing the treatment and not miss the start of the procedures that day. Check in/out at 12 noon. More! The Maryampole-Druskininkai road is about a hundred km. narrow, winding and in many places without markings along the edge of the road - so that you have to stick to the middle markings, especially in the dark. But this, of course, is not a problem of the sanatorium itself. PS Yes! Another minus! The food is so delicious that you can't stop!!! I gained three kilos. But, this is already my problem.

We arrived as a family (four people), we thought that we would stay together and chat more during our vacation, but the new computer program scattered the procedures so that we couldn’t even get to breakfast and lunch together, and in addition, there were huge pauses of 40-50 minutes between procedures and you had to wait in the hospital, because you can’t run back and forth. The procedure schedule had to be changed several times to make acceptable changes. Previously (we’ve already been to Egla 6 times) when the girls at the reception signed up, they took into account that the family and husband and wife were prescribed procedures simultaneously and/or in parallel, and procedures one after another, which made the vacation more convenient. The cleaning of the rooms was not satisfactory - they did not always vacuum the rooms and did not make the bed with blankets. Regarding nutrition, my wish is not to dress the salads with mayonnaise, but to put it separately for those who wish.

The offer to do a liver examination was refused, since there is no staff, “each of the doctors works for three people.” This is the second year in a row. I believe that the therapeutic component of relaxation has been forgotten. As a result of self-medication, I left for two years in a row with the same cold: cough! The treatment effect is negative.

1. The appearance of a computer card system is generally a plus, but at the same time the formality of the attitude towards patients increases, you often hear the phrase: “I have already entered this into the computer, so I cannot meet you halfway,” in general it is clear that the workers are slightly stressed by this moment and are trying "please the computer" and not the patients. 2. The system with cards on the towel in the hydropathic clinic is unsuccessful. Towels must be provided in the place where they are used - in the pool. It is difficult for a person who has just arrived for treatment to keep in mind not only the schedule of procedures, but also where to submit what. In addition, for example, they simply stole my towel and, accordingly, my card. If they had told me earlier that this was possible in Egle, I would not have believed it. But it's a fact. There was stress during treatment. I could have taken someone’s towel in the same way they took mine - no one would have noticed, the cards are not personalized, not tied to a number in the case. But I decided not to multiply the evil and paid a fine of 8 euros. This is despite the fact that only in the last few years of treatment I brought at least 5 regular clients to the sanatorium (you can check it according to the data: Sergeeva, Vasnetsova, Ginter, Kozlova, Chepyzhov). Is this fair? It seems to me that the management of the sanatorium should take into account such regular customers who have been coming for years and bring constant income to the sanatorium. There are fewer and fewer of them in these difficult times. 3. During some procedures, instead of old experienced employees who did everything flawlessly, very young girls appeared who could leave, for example, the dirty inhaler of the previous client on the table for the next one. 4. Нам очень неприятно, что произошел такой случай с полотенцем, но, к сожалению, случается, что по ошибке гости санатория берут не своё полотенце. Мы учтем этот момент в работе. По поводу персонала Ваши замечания переданы сотруднику, ответственному за персонал. Что касается процедур, то нет возможности заказать процедуры до прибытия.
