I had to change the schedule 2 times. And there was another big minus in the food - ice cream was served in the evening (when it is absolutely forbidden to eat it!!!), and soups only during the day, although sometimes I really wanted a light dinner in the form of soup...

We had a very good rest. The staff is very friendly, the procedures are good. This is not the first time I have come and I would like to note that the food has become much better. Large selection of dishes that are not repeated. Sometimes it’s even a pity that they are not repeated, because I really liked them. There were small little things that made our stay a lot easier. Agree that a centrifuge in a pool is a big plus. You don't have to carry a card for lunch, which is also a plus. We were very lucky with the weather and this allowed us to often walk in the forest. There are several points that I would like to draw attention to: 1. It is good that there are separate places for smokers so that they do not poison the air for vacationers. But why they placed a booth for smoking rooms under the windows of the residential building and near the path along which vacationers go for procedures is not clear. 2. When checking in, it would be possible to offer a choice of floor, a small thing, but it wouldn’t be bad. 3. There are unpleasant memories of the locker room with mud wraps. The procedure was carried out in different rooms, but in one room each time there was an uncleaned puddle. It’s not very pleasant to undress while standing in a puddle that has flowed from a stranger. I understand that workers carry out wet cleaning after each client, wash away dirt from the walls and floor, but the locker room, you see, must be dry. 4. Didn't like the confectionery. Everything tastes the same, it feels like the same base is used for all the baked goods. 5. I was very hot in the locker room at the pool. I was disappointed with the work of the Egle+ registrar, who issues the invoice. Despite the fact that we came to her 3 days before departure, and she herself set a time for us to come, we had to wait an hour and a half in a stuffy room. At the same time, she had no clients, but was completely ignored. We came up several times to remind ourselves, but the answer was the same: “Wait.” Although the procedure itself only took 10 minutes! I would also like to recommend putting up more signs on the health path, because... when you reach a fork in the road, you don’t know where to go next. It would be a good idea to mark the different routes and put up signs every 500m to ensure you are taking the correct route. Our trip to Druskininkai was marred by several points: (1) we had to wait 4 hours for the next flight Riga - Vilnius, because... the airport did not meet the inspection time + (2) wait another 4 hours at Vilnius airport, while the driver of the sanatorium was collecting passengers from 2 flights from Germany, as a result: (3) we got to Druskininkai not on September 9 in the evening, but on September 10 at 5 morning. In addition, (4) the intensity and scheduled time of the procedures (approx. 5 per day) did not allow one to calmly, without haste, eat in the dining room; sometimes one had to choose between eating and the procedure (!!) Hello everybody! We rested in the spa hotel in September with a friend. We lived in single rooms of the Egle 2 building. The rooms are modest, but quite comfortable. A kettle and tea accessories came in handy. Housekeeping is unobtrusive, but you could always ask the maid girls to replace towels or linen, which they did very politely. Food in the dining room is a special conversation. All thoughts of diet disappear immediately at the sight of that abundance. what is in the trays at the buffet. It is impossible to leave hungry and without the thought "eat less." Thanks a lot to the cooks! Therapeutic procedures at the highest level, there are plenty of them. We bought only "gas injections." Thanks to our doctor Eugenia for your attention and responsiveness. It was very nice to talk. Thanks to all the medical staff who conduct the treatment procedures: everything is professional and very polite! Special thanks to Nicholas in the registration department for his wonderful attitude to vacationers, for the ability to solve their problems with good humor. Hello ! I was on vacation at the beginning of September. This is not my first time coming from the Urals. I was met in an orderly manner and brought to the sanatorium. I successfully checked into building A. The room is single, comfortable, everything you need is there. The procedures are all excellent, I especially liked the massage in G 58, the girl’s name is Daiva, she’s simply a professional in her field. Food for every taste, for adults and even toddlers. After the procedures there is free time. You can go on an excursion to the museum. You can just walk around the city, there is something to see, there is somewhere to go. In the evening, the sanatorium hosts discos. There is a hall where visiting singers perform and perform plays in the evenings. Everything is very organized and thought out. Come, you will like it!!!

My wife and I visited the Egle sanatorium four times and, if we have enough strength, we will come again. I cannot help but note the exceptionally friendly attitude of the staff towards vacationers. The first three times we stayed in the Žilvinas building, the fourth time in Egle 2, where it was no worse. In our building there were extremely friendly, one might say, kind nurses, to whom we were forced to turn. I am very sorry that I did not remember their names, please thank them on our behalf. I would also like to note the exceptionally friendly and professional attitude of doctor Vadim Simonenko towards us, who helped my wife a lot. All these years, my wife and I have been recommending to all our friends the magnificent Egle sanatorium, which, in our opinion, is not inferior to the best sanatoriums in Europe. I really like this sanatorium, first of all, for its excellent location, very good level of treatment, attentive and responsive staff. I would like to separately note the good work of the canteen workers: very tasty and healthy food, a good variety of dishes. Despite the large number of vacationers, dirty dishes from the tables were removed very quickly by nice and friendly workers.Negatives
The only negative impression left was the smell in the room. Most likely this is the smell of old carpet, which covers the floors of the room. It was possible to stay in the room only with the balcony door fully open, which was not closed around the clock during the 12 days of our stay. This didn't help either...
