My wife and I visit the Egle sanatorium for the third time in a row (in 2016, 2017 and 2018). We are completely satisfied with the service provided to visitors by the sanatorium employees. We absolutely have no complaints, except, perhaps, one: in the Egle sanatorium the food is so tasty that it is absolutely impossible to resist not overeating. So people who want to lose weight and do not have an iron will may need to choose another sanatorium. All the staff are very friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Several new procedures were introduced. The food is very tasty. The sanatorium is located in a pine forest. I really like everything. I would like to draw the management’s attention to such workers as Marita (from electric mud therapy), massage therapist Nijole Ufnalevskaja, girls from the pool Ruta and Austeja. These people performed their job duties with great responsibility , with a smile, with a feeling of knowledge of his business. And when you come to them for a procedure, you don’t feel an indifferent attitude, but you feel a real desire to help the patients. I stayed at the Egle sanatorium and really liked everything, I’ve been going there for three years. Caring and attentive staff. I liked all the procedures, everything that the doctor prescribes is carried out by specialists with love and care. It lifts your mood and improves your well-being. There are many new procedures and this makes me happy. Everything is clean and well-groomed, both on the territory and in the room. In the pool they installed a machine for wrung out swimsuits and disinfected feet - just superb. Caring for vacationers is felt in everything. We visited in August 2018. Great location - forest, city nearby. In the forest there are paths for walking and cycling. An indescribably beautiful forest with forest lakes. Cozy, clean rooms (Egle standard, 1B). The room has everything you need, beautiful bed linen, cozy blankets. The building is connected to the hospital by a glass gallery. It is very comfortable! There are flowers in the gallery, sofas for relaxing, and music is playing. A great place to relax after treatments. I liked the food, everything was very tasty, a lot of fruits and pastries. Menu for every taste. Cold borscht - super! The hospital is wonderful! There are many procedures, everything is clear, everything is on time, you practically do not encounter other patients (this is when the sanatorium is busy!). A very comfortable visit to the procedures; where necessary, they will provide a towel and disposable swimming trunks (this is in various baths). You can also take a towel at the pool (before entering the pool). There is also a dryer for swimsuits in the pool. And, of course, the main wealth of this sanatorium is its employees. The most powerful team! It's rare to find such an atmosphere of friendliness and attentiveness from the entire staff. Many thanks and low bow to all the staff of the Egle sanatorium!!! There is no air conditioning/refrigeration in the accommodation rooms. And during the hottest time of the day it is hot and stuffy there (especially if the windows are on the sunny side). I was completely unable to lie down during the day to rest. Your sanatorium and service are wonderful, but the lack of air conditioning greatly worsens living conditions! Please correct this situation!

I was leaving at 13.30 and asked the administrator if it was possible not to vacate the room until that time. I saw that there were no cleaning ladies, no one would clean the room. The administrator said that the cleaning lady would come specially now because they would be moving into this room. I vacated the room, but the room was not even cleaned before I left. The desire to show themselves as bosses among small clerks often spoils the overall picture.
